我查了一下 以下是COA代表的意思
E31= EB3, skilled workers, immigrant visas issued.
E32=EB3, with Bachelors degree, immigrant visas issued.
E36=EB3, skilled workers, status adjusted.
E37=EB3, with Bachelors degree, status adjusted.
E34=spouse of EB3, immigrant visas issued.
E39=spouse of EB3, status adjusted.
E35=children of EB3, immigrant visas issued.
E30=children of EB3, status adjusted.
E31 和 E37 应该都没问题吧 |

发帖数: 195 | 3 刚收到主申请人的welcome notice, 心情像过山车，现在谷底。TSC, 原是EB2降级EB3
交的485,本月written request relink回EB2。但是welcome notice上是COA:E37.就是
说是按EB3批的485，但是如果看EB3的visa bulletin,我的PD还没有current.EB2的COA
应该是E27才对。
难道是传说中的发错的绿卡，要退回去？难道TSC就压根没有处理我的relink request
？
另外副申请人没有收到任何消息。
我该怎么办？
1）默默地接受这个notice.
2）SR
3）FP
4）找公司律师。relink时没找律师，现在不想找律师，怕被骂(汗！)
5）找议员。没必要吧，又不是没绿。

有降级的人报这个category错误。窃认为奥本他们统计的时候，就是按这个code+ 国别
来的，应该不会care是否降级升级。

发帖数: 76 | 20 绿潮来的再猛烈点吧。 拿到卡的朋友记得检查一下卡上的信息。 网上搜了搜，大概有
以下东西需要检查：
1. surname 和given name是否正确，没有颠倒。
2. USCIS# 是否正确（就是你的A#）
3. Category是否正确 （这个网上倒是有些人报出错的）
4. expires和resident since（应该是10年内有效），这个也有网上报出错的。
5. 看看自己的照片帅不帅靓不靓。
另外，我自己降级的，我的485 receipt上的Preference Classification 是203 B3 A
II Professional. 485 welcome notice上的COA是E37. 绿卡上的Category也是E37.
老婆welcome notice上的COA是E39， 绿卡上的Category也是E39.
降级的朋友们，你们卡上的category也是这样的吗？ 哪位童鞋和我核对一下，多谢了 |

对于native eb3，应该是E37 or E36, 其配偶是E39.
对于native eb2， 应该是E26，其配偶是E27.
不知道我理解的对不对？
E32 or E31代表什么呢？ 什么事immigration visas issued? 以前只听过non-
immigration visa 比如F1 B1, H1/4 这都是non immigration visa |

receipt number是LIN开头所以是NSC
开始状态是case was approved，昨天状态变card was mailed。
今天收到I-797C approval notice，寄到个人地址，上面写COA: E37。LD的写E39。
请问这个COA是不是代表绿卡类别？E37对不对？ |

发帖数: 1385 | 29 立即联系uscis，告知他们给你在PD不当前的时候给你发了绿卡，问他们怎么proceed。
如果他们发信告诉你没事留着，你就留着。扫描一份电子存档，photocopy一份物理留
存。再看看你的发卡类型是不是对的。
eb2降级以后的卡应该是e37，副申对应的是e39才对。
原装eb3的卡的类别是e37，下面的人回复了。

一起面试。面试的时候officer说过30天会拿到绿卡。6月中旬发了relink to eb2的
writing notice. 今年6/26号主申请人收到welcome notice 和绿卡，上面显示
category是E37,就是EB3. 如果按照EB3的排期是不应该拿绿卡的。正确的category应该
是EB2 （E26）。 怀疑是面试后officer把category搞错了, 并没有自动做relink. 副
申请人至今未收到绿卡。 现在不知道这个绿卡怎么办。求教各位有经验的大侠，这个
绿卡有效吗，怎么才能更正绿卡的错误信息呢？ 另外副申请人应该怎么办呢？

When you eventually apply for Naturalization, you might be asked how long
you continued to work with the employer who assisted you in obtaining a
Green Card. That's why it is a good idea to continue working with that
employer for at least a couple of months。
对于EB3的绿卡，另个论坛说最好继续为雇主3个月到半年，推荐半年以上。找不到link
