几年前我在别的州就被这么黑过。事先不让你看详细的lease，等你搬家当天sign
lease时啥都晚了。之前的房子也退了，uhaul也租了，家具都装车了。。。那个美国中
年白女manager是我见过的最ean的美国人。lease上要住满3年才不扣钱，住一年就搬走

厂家胖超过两个，第三个开始就要小二扫卡，同一个厂家代码的厂家胖不能超过4个，
第五个开始就assistant on the way, 更新过的系统现在对buy one/two/... get one/
two/... free胖胖在自助上基本coupon not accepted,需要小二手动输入，这样一来有
坏处也有好处。
有一个trick可以规避两个相同厂家胖的限制，如果胖胖上既有新的databar,又有旧的
一维EAN编码，可以挡住右边扫两次，再挡住左边扫两次，这样就变成了四个。
如果有off胖，那就更复杂一点哈 |

neighborhoods close to it. If you do not like CC, there are some nice
neighborhood on Southwest Parkway. If you care more about the school
district, on Bee Cave, there are some upscale neighborhoods, Eanes ISD.

westlake学区的房子。Westwood high school在RRISD，Westlake high school在Eanes
ISD。Westwood区老中多，周围商店多，方便，但比较拥挤。Westlake区房子更贵一些
，依山傍水，环境优美，但交通没有Westwood方便。 |

我也是UT-Austin Business school 毕业的。可没到处非要讲UT-Austin胜于ivy
colleges.
我的孩子能上Harvard, MIT, 我一定供。 进不了，UT-Austin 也不错。我想很多家长
也会这样想。

在Austin，大家讲westlake就指EanesISD。如果在Austin北面，大家喜欢上Westwood
High。
我不太清楚DFW的Westlake。 原来在Austin， 现在在Plano，对两边的学区知道一些。Austin GreatHill那边学区也很棒。Canyon Vista Middle School is very good. Very strong mathcounts team. Top 3 in state last year.
Each year top 10 state mathcounts individuals will win UT-Austin scholarship 2K.

sqft, price range: 400-500K. The other choice you might like is
neighborhood on 620, Lake Travis ISD, also a good one, houses are new. Ask

前面那人说的那个区，其实已经不是奥斯汀啦，虽然round rock学区也不错，但是就那
个房子所在的地方，在round rock学区里面都算不上最好，高中应该是round rock
high吧，和McNeil差不多烂，全国排名不知道是500多还是600多，反正一定是400靠后
。西北的spicewood 78750，78759的一部分也同属round rock学区，但那边的学校比
78681这个区好多了，westwood high好歹也在100名之内呢。奥斯汀南部78749那边虽然
高中一般，但是可以去上LBJ啊，那也是排名100以内的好高中。
光小学好没用阿，78681和78717这两个区里面的小学都不错，great oak 和 brushy
creek没有一个比Fern bluff 差的。但中学cedar valley 和后面新开的那个叫washy？
？什么的（不记得是不是这么拼了）还是比canyon vista差一截， 更不要说高中了，
除了westwood， 一所比一所烂。
