这个是得了2009年设计大奖的
几个好处
1.轻便
2.不像很多运动耳机那样中间有个arm，这个是分开的，这样很容易配合帽子，睡觉，
靠着椅子也能用
3.ear loop非常舒服，绝对不会掉，而且也不会磨耳朵，经过本人亲自验证，也不影响
戴眼镜和帽子
4.半开放设计，不会像earbud那样完全block环境的声音，适合户外跑步使用
5.音质绝对对得起价钱
6.带clip，可以夹衣服上，另外单线分双线的地方还有sliding bar，可以调双线的长度
clip的位置也能在耳机线上调节，总之随你怎么调啦
7.性价比高。碰到deal 十几刀就可以搞定
缺点
1.没有标出具体防水指标。但是出汗肯定毫无问题。至于小雨能不能用还要进一步测试

Every
I've tried increasing my stroke rate breathing every two strokes as I
normally do, what happens is, I can swim a couple laps like that just
fine, then I just drop back down to my normal cruising pace after a
while, so breathing every three strokes can kind of enforce the higher
stroke rate without the need to time myself every couple lengths or
so. Remember, I am trying to increase the stroke rate for long
distance swims (>1km), and I think my approach is pretty effective so
far.
