otitis media (中耳炎), which is very common in infants and small children.
Please be watchful in other symptoms: scratching ears (itching and minor
pain), fluid discharge, decreasing hearing ability and any other complaint
about the ear.
I recommend to see a doctor asap. It should be treated on time with
antibiotics. |

天气骤冷，小家伙着凉了。开始流鼻涕，每天早上起来鼻子都要被干鼻涕堵住了，样子
甚是可怜。想着他熬熬应该能过去吧。
过几天开始咳嗽，不是很剧烈的咳，但能听出来嗓子有痰，呼吸不太畅。特别是到晚上
，听着他浓重的呼吸，真替他难受。
然后是1岁体检，打了著名的MMR疫苗，被告知一周内可能发烧。
接下来的一周，小人开始不高兴；动不动就大哭，睡觉很难哄。某天开始发烧，以为是
疫苗的原因，很快就该好了。结果没有，连续发了三天烧，晚上不好好睡觉，闹腾得紧
。赶紧给护士打电话，护士让立刻带孩子去看医生。结果Double Ear Infection。我可
怜的孩子，因为妈妈没有经验，白白受了很多苦。写下下面的收获，希望其他的孩子免
受其苦。
Ear Infection 典型症状：
- 小人很烦躁，怎么都不对。快乐的宝宝也开始没有笑容
- 没有食欲，连喜欢的 |

前两个月娃开始上day care，很快就生病ear infection，之后就不再去了，在家带，
可病好了才一个月又发烧，又是ear infection，换了一种抗生素，现在算是又好了。
可很担心会不会对耳朵发育有影响？要不要跟医生说约个专科医生看一看？以后会不会
容易复发？该怎么预防？大家都什么经验，指点一下，多谢了。 |

发帖数: 1867 | 10 以前看帖子总看到有宝宝ear infection，当时就想千万别中招，没想到还是不能幸免
，可怜的娃6个月三周就第一次ear infection了。
没有发烧，吃喝拉撒也正常，也没看见宝宝揪耳朵。只是这几天特别cranky，爱哭，晚
上醒的多一次，可是正赶上前一周throat不舒服，再加上teething，当妈的就完全没往
ear infection上，还埋怨宝宝闹腾。真是后悔加心疼！
医生一下开了10天的antibiotics，除了吃药，医生也没说别的方法，只说如果闹的厉
害就给点tyleno吃。这么小的娃就吃这么大量的抗生素，当妈的觉得好失败。
请问还有别的护理方法吗？有其他要注意的吗？这期间还能带娃出去逛街吗？娃在家好
闷，喜欢出去玩。
娃生病当妈的伤不起啊！求大大的祝福！

发帖数: 33 | 11 我儿子８个月上的daycare, 在美国中西部的一个小地方，冬天巨长巨冷，孩子上
daycare后三个月就有６次ear infection, 儿医强烈建议装tube。找到旁边一个城市的
ENT专家,专门给孩子做这种手术。手术挺成功的，手术过程中给孩子吸笑气，pass out
大概半个小时，医生在显微镜下用手术刀在耳膜上切开一个小口，然后用微型vacuum把
耳膜后的积液吸出来。手术过程很快，大约十几分钟，孩子被护士送回来时是醒着的。
记得医生说从耳膜后吸出来很多绿色的积液，回家后感觉孩子听力也好了些，精神状态
不错。后来是定期去ENT检查，好象是三岁左右tube自己掉出来的(左右两个)，耳膜也
恢复的很好，从装tube后没有得过ear infection.
关键是多打听，找到做这种手术的专家，这样比较放心。然后是手术后记着带孩子定期
检查。本人开始也很排斥做手术，后来发现孩子频繁得中耳炎也很遭罪，就听从医生的
建议（耳膜后的积液长期积累也会对听力造成影响，还影响鼓膜）。希望对楼主有帮助。 |

发帖数: 7130 | 12 肚皮上周开始感冒，星期二去看的大夫，大夫检查了一圈，说就是普通感冒，让回家扛
着去。扛了三天，鼻涕眼屎好了一点，可是开始发烧，大概103度的样子（之前几天也
就是100度左右）。我上网查了一下，说感冒发烧一般不应超过103度，这个看来不妙。
可又说如果烧退下去宝宝就没有不舒服的表示那还是普通感冒，因为ear infection或
是肺炎等并发症应该是不管烧不烧都难受的。这听着也像，因为肚皮只要吃了motrin就
活蹦乱跳的。我打电话给护士，她也觉得可能不用去复诊。
在现任黑帮老大晋晋妈的指示下，保险起见我还是星期五带肚皮去看了大夫，结果是两
只耳朵都发炎了。回想起来，肚皮上次ear infection也是症状极不典型，从来没有做
出抓耳朵或是其它抱怨耳朵不舒服的表示。
给大家提个醒，不是所有ear infection都有症状，小孩发烧到103度一定要去看大夫。 |

因为频繁ear infection后的无奈之举吧. 换做是我, 我更担心给一岁的孩子频繁上
抗生素的后果.
我们家的ear infection也有过几次, 每次都是感冒引起的.我们的对策是每次留鼻涕
时间稍长或是变黄就上Zyrtec控制鼻涕, 好象效果不错. |

做手术。
由于遗传的原因，我的视网膜比较薄，比一般人容易脱落。后来有去了Mass Eyes &
Ears，见了Dr. Greenstein。
他也给了同样的建议。
现在我在想准备去哪家医院做手术的问题。问了我的家庭医生的观点，他给了很含糊的
答案，但是我感觉他偏向与Mass Eyes & Ears。说老实话，后来在Mass Eyes & Ears见
到的这位医生，感觉不太注重和病人的交流，每时每刻都在赶时间。让他给我动手术，
我不太放心。
另一方面，当地的医生对自己的情况比较了解。实在是难以决定。我是不是该再找一位
别的医生，我看到有几位华裔医生，从简历上看都是很棒的医生。我知道波版卧虎藏龙
，有没有朋友可以给点建议？ |

R7的cleaner给他用，已经好很多了，不摇耳朵了，可是还是能擦出褐色的东西来。
今天去petsmart的Banfield看了vet，人家说要做个显微镜测试，看是细菌还是yeast引
起的，再对
症下药。结果一下就给我开出$188刀的账单来。包括$23的GlenHaven C1/O Otic ear
cleaner。我觉得这个没有必要从他那儿买，就没有要。回来发现这个东西是banfield
专有的，其他
地方还真的买不到。请问大家有什么推荐的，好用又可以自己买到的ear cleaner呢？
另外再问个问题。我看网上有人说给狗狗喂酸奶可以抑制yeast引起的ear infection。版上有没有
人试过呢？

vet那里看了结果是yeast infection，大夫给了一点点药水一下就好了。大夫说如果不

就音质而言， Apple in ear < Shure 115M+ < Bose in ear，Shure的好处是有
remote control线控。 缺点是那个海绵
耳塞戴着不舒服，跑步容易掉下来。 Bose的不好是线控不能调音量，但是音质最好
，戴着也最舒服。
其实Apple原配的普通耳机音质还不错。 基本上能和Shure入耳的差不多。
