主要是感觉耳朵上的压迫感比较强，摇头晃脑的时候，还会偶尔会感觉到“漏风”。而
下面那个，很软很舒服，并且没有漏风现象发生，好象可以把耳朵完整地放在里面。
本人属正常脑袋并且非扇风耳，我奇了怪了！如果没有旧的做对比，我其实也可以接受
的。
其实，如果不一边打枪一边聊天，我感觉EARPLUG其实是最佳选择，又轻又方便。但是
那些普通的EARPLUG貌似对听力的保护还是打一些折扣。 |

曾经遇到过夜里特别扰邻的邻居，所以对earplug有些比较，当时不知道有你说的这款
耳机，而一般的noise cancelling耳机效果没有earplug好。曾经试过的最好隔音
效果是里面塞foam earplug，外面再堵silicone earplug，尽管不舒服，但能隔绝
几乎一切外界噪音。
我估计用你说的这款耳机，里面再塞silicone earplug，应该既能达到隔绝所有噪音，
又不会觉得不舒服。不像塞两个earplug，耳朵眼会挺难受的。 |

我和LG是相亲认识的，两人都不年轻了，谈了两个月，觉得彼此应该是可以过一辈子的

睡觉的时候。LG属于作息很规律的人，一般十点钟就睡觉，十分钟不到就能睡得很熟，
过了一会儿就开始打呼噜。而我则属于睡觉不能被吵的那种，旁边有声音我就很难睡着
。开始的时候不好意思打扰LG，我就玩电脑玩到十二点左右，让自己累了犯困，一倒下
就睡着。但这招不是次次都管用，有时候躺下了听着声音我就开始失眠。
后来我也和LG提了他打呼噜的事，想让他去看看医生，LG认为这不是啥大毛病，就没去。
我这几天一直没睡好，就想先和LG分房睡，把隔壁的屋子收拾一下放张床，但不知道该
怎么和LG说比较好。我很担心这结婚没到一个月就分开睡，他会不会有什么想法？
希望大家能给些建议，谢谢。

国家随便买消音器，所以听力保护产品还是需要的。
还是先说说需不需要电子听力保护设备吧，如果你只是在靶场里自己或和朋友练习，需
要的只是尽可能减低噪音，电子听力保护可用可不用。如果你经常有听清周围环境的需
要，比如比赛时比赛中听从安全监督员指挥，狩猎时听清周围一举一动，团队射击需要
交流等，电子听力保护在提供听力保护的同时可以让你听到正常的谈话交流和周围动静
甚至放大轻微声音。
对从来没有用过电子听力保护的描述一下使用的感觉，好的电子听力保护耳罩戴上后不
打开开关和普通的耳罩差不多，一般噪音阻隔能力还稍微差些，这是一些电子耳罩考虑
到不妨碍用长枪贴腮不如普通耳罩厚大造成的。开关一旦打开后一开始会有点怪怪的感
觉，自己一下成了有点特异功能的X-men成员之一，以前听不到或很难注意到的轻微声
音现在听得清清楚楚，比如缓慢不用力地搓搓手指平时根本听不到，不太留意的室内背

经验如下：
1)上耳塞： 我用的是这个牌子，Mack's Ultra Safe Sound Earplugs：

2）你先上床睡觉，他过半个小时再睡。一般对呼噜，就是入睡难，尤其被对方吵得烦
心了更难睡着，你先睡着就没事了。
3）早睡。我发现越晚睡呼噜越响，
4）晚上如果你醒了，他呼噜着，你就给他调整姿势。一般呼噜是恶性循环，他越打越
自己睡不好，你多调整几个晚上，他睡眠质量高了，慢慢就打得轻了。
当然楼上的姐妹说运动啥的都是有用的，就是对付懒老公，有点难。 |
