根据教课书的定义， 美国政府宏观经济的调节手法有两种
1. fiscal policy (基本是总统和国会的事， 主要是加税减税和goverment spending)
2. monetary policy (基本是FED的工作， 主要是货币发行和interest rate)
现在两个手法完全相反， 大本正在拼命地印钞票(货币宽松+和低利率)， 总统和国会
正好唱反调(财政紧缩+加税) |

题。本人是纯生物出身，从没做过数据分析工作。这次我们做了一个microarray实验，
得到了一大堆数据，正在用上述这个软件进行functional and biological analysis。
马上就遇到了问题，首先是，不知怎样才能把我们的gene list upload 上去。第二个
问题，是不知道为什么没有我们所用的Agilent microarray chips这个选项，而是只有
“Affymetrix”这个defauld选项，可是我们的microarray不是这个“Affymetrix”公
司的。下面同样的问题是population gene list 也只有David选项，不知怎样才能把我
们所用的Agilent的Whole gene list upload上去？这些可能是非常基本的问题，但确
实不知道怎么办。哪位同胞如果熟悉这个程序，麻烦您给予指教。非常非常感谢！
