TE学区，因为竞争太激烈，怕孩子受不了。

发帖数: 162 | 7 我就住在GREAT VALLEY学区. 一般地说,买房买在好学区主要指中学的好坏, 而其中高
中的好坏更是起决定性因素.GREAT VALLEY, WEST CHESTER, DOWNINGTOWN三学区共有6
所高中,其中GREAT VALLEY一家, WEST CHESTER三家, DOWNINGTOWN两家. 好坏程度是:
GREAT VALLEY > WEST CHESTER > DOWNINGTOWN
但是既是GREAT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL在华人眼中也是"还是可以",不能算定级好高中,与
附近别的高中(West Chester, Unionville)差别不是很大. TE(Tredyffrin/Easttown)
学区的CONESTOGA HIGH才是这个地区的好高中.
GREAT VALLEY区內几年新的房子至少要50万以上.
另外这三个区里的华人没有那么多,我估计不会超过5000人,区内只有两家很小的华人超
市. |
