EBook 1 遍， Haddock 1.5 遍，还完成了买来后只翻过几页的HM。 回想过去近半年
的跑步历史， 可以说什么都跑过，就是没有跑过easy run!
于是过去的两周里*苦练*了 easy runs， 共跑了9个在不同 心率，温度， 湿度下的
easy runs，共80多麦。 不跑不知道，一跑吓一跳， 真正的悲喜交加。 悲的是真正
的easy run下，pace是如此之低。 三个HR140的pace是
@143 pace 10:22 temp 82F hum 17%
@142 pace 11:07 temp 91F hum 41%
@140 pace 10:01 temp 68F hum 88%
喜的是easy run真是easy， 连续四天共37麦下来，感觉一点都不累，每天随时想跑就
又可以跑，要不是时间有限制， 每周5，60麦应该不成问题：）。 同时仿佛也找到了
我心中滞留很久的疑问的答案(至少我认为)。

FRESH&EASY 和TRADER JOE’S 这两家超市风格差不多，不知道大家比较喜欢哪一个呢？
今天借出去办事的空档又去超市晃了晃，很高兴FRESH&EASY在ROSEMEAD也开了一家，开
得离我家越来越近了。和TRADER JOE’S 相比，FRESH&EASY 显得很简单清爽，就像一
个小女孩的房间，什么东西都收得整整齐齐的，虽然玲琅满目，但是一目了然，很容易
辨识。TRADER呢，就像个老妈妈的厨房，放的都是密密麻麻的陈年好货，看得人是应接
不暇，似乎每一样东西都想去尝一尝。所以，去TRADER JOE'S是很花时间的，挑来选去
。而FRESH&EASY就很简单，一进门就知道自己要买什么了。
喜欢FRESH@EASY还有个原因就是，自己SCAN货物，自己打包，很方便。当然这也是商家
聪明的省员工的方法，前前后后收银台就一个女孩在那里招呼大家，教不会弄的人如何
如何，很是亲切的样子。
发现一个很好吃的爆米花，一点点甜而已，很爽口。

人虽说都是活着，但怎么个活法却是大相径庭。Lazy、Busy和Easy就是三种不同的生活方

pass。今早上班忘了这茬，还是按老样子走highway，过easy pass的时候那个绿灯没亮
才想起来怎么回事，于是下highway的时候走了cash通道，说忘了拿ticket，那个大妈
说没拿ticket要交31元，赶着上班于是就交钱走人了。然后才想起来那大妈啥收据凭证
都没给，这种情况，easy pass会给dealer寄罚单么？如果寄了我该咋办？我在宾州，
还望有类似经验的指教一下，谢谢！ |

步本身为
准，能够想些别的事情，看看风景啊。恩，呵呵，尽管说之前一直comfortable hard跑
tempo或者
interval也是“开心”的，不过跑的过程还是要concentrate的，一放松，pace就会慢
。而今天就没
管那么多，终于找回了最开始跑步时，那种到处瞎跑，看风景的开心感觉，跑到最后还
有点要“手舞足
蹈”的感觉：） 跑tempo的时候，有明显的要take effort的感觉，而今天是easy嘛，
感觉就是靠着
双脚的“趔趄”蹬地，往前弹。。。
跑了10.5miles，恩，好像速度还不慢：）pace 6：54
明天也easy。。。只有easy running才会主动去跑偏僻的地方。。 |

从今天开始想修改一下锻炼的routine,以后每天的游泳只当成跑步后的recovery，随便
游就行了
今天easy了20miles，然后recovery了2miles，游泳20分钟恢复腿脚
Average pace ：6：59
时间：2小时21分。
有个体会是，我似乎明白了训练LHR的好处，我感觉马拉松距离的长跑似乎比较大程度
的依赖于easy
run和low to moderate intensity tempo running。而high intensity的tempo
running似乎对半马比较有用，因为感觉持续不了全马那么长的距离。今天还有意控制
了pace,一边
跑，每过一段时间还自言自语，感觉如果说话很顺畅，说明还是在easy的pace上。今天
的route是
Linear park跑了一个来回。哈哈
跑完回来，也要控制，不能多吃，刚吃了半个bagel，喝了两瓶30卡一瓶的茉莉蜜茶～
打算比赛完以后，尝试每天15-20miles的easy pace running,跑完一天就不做第二次
workout

我买了2台HP suffix-US的电脑, 一台17寸, 一台15寸, 同时都是同一个easy rebate(
rebate号码一模一样).
请问, 我输入easy rebate的时候, 正好把2个SN输入反了.
(也就是17寸的receipt number, 输入了15寸的SN; 然后15存到receipt, 输入了17寸的
SN).
请问, 这样情况下, HP/staples的easy rebate有问题吗? |
