远了。周围打台球和保龄球的地方倒
很多，不过两人玩不起来。最好是室内有那种小游乐场的那种（碰碰车，转转的小茶杯
之类的）。实在没有这种，游戏种类
多一点的也好。有童鞋知道么？

They only have that during Monday to Thursday, from 4 pm to 7:15 pm (last
order), and it's $19.99 per person.
It's not buffet where they lay out the food and you go get them....you order
from the menu and they make it for you, and you can order as many times as
you want.
Although they don't have sashimi, their nigiri and rolls don't come with
lots of rice :)

My friend did set aside 1.5 hour for check in/car return, so might still
have time for dinner at somewhere really close to the airport. 1 hour
should be the time of eating and travel from restaurant to airport.

How much is too much? Above 2300mg per day, or one teaspoon for not-at-risk
people. Much less for those at risk (family history, age, and so on).
Practically, I go by taste and try to eat as little sodium as I can. I am
glad to find a NY Times article:

Orlando没有chinatown。大多的plaza都有1家中国餐馆，owner多是福建人和广东人。所
以，菜系也多是改良的中国菜。有几家正宗的广东菜。
下面一段是转自别人的评论，
这2家店距离很近，50号上。从ucf出发，开车20来风中。
据我所知，林园算最好的中国餐馆了。
“在orlando时慕名去了林园和香江楼，给
偶们的总体感觉是，林园比香江楼好。
从口味来说，香江楼或许略胜一点点，但林园也绝不逊色多少；
从菜量来说，香江楼给得实在小气。也许是吃惯了芝加哥中餐馆
给的那么大的份量，初见香江楼上的盘子，还真不敢相信。问小
姐，小姐说：海鲜嘛，量总是要少一点的，如果你点鸡啊，牛肉
啊什么的，那就会多一些。－－大大的不爽。
林园的菜量就做得让人比较舒服一些。
小姐的服务，香江楼的实在一般。在林园的两次，服务都很到位。 |
