简单说，Subaru引以为豪的boxer发动机，好处多多，但漏油无解。Boxer发动机的结构
设计决定了Subaru必然很容易烧/漏机油/coolant，新材料能延缓出毛病的时间，或者
降低出毛病的几率，但不可能从根本上解决问题，除非不用boxer发动机。事实上
Subaru已经对Coolant配方和gasket材料做了一些改进，结果差强人意。
具体说，Subaru boxer engine的head gasket是泡在机油和coolant里面的，所以
gasket容易被腐蚀，而且一旦破损就稀里哗啦烧得很快。Subaru在下面接了个海绵状的
东西吸收漏油，所以如果你的车没看到漏油，仍然有可能在漏。而V6/I4发动机的head
gasket没有泡在这些液体里面，所以腐蚀的慢，就算破损一点也不会一下子漏很多机油。
车主能做的只有勤快的维护，别乱用coolant/oil/additive。
门外汉只能现学现卖这点了，有兴趣的可以仔细看看，Part II解释的更清楚些。

favorites, and it’s more or less like whipped cream / butter, I guess –
and I think, by 掼, 摔打, whipping / beating, it mixes air into the cream /
butter to make it softer and more fluffy. 掼奶油 can be directly eaten
though, not spread on anything or anything like that.

400 F is too high in temperature, and 20 minutes are too long in time.
I usually do:
(Assuming the fish is already thawed and at room temperature for at least
one hour.)
After putting oil on both side (and seasoning of course), put the fish on
top rack / shelf, directly under fire or heating elements, use broil (if
your broil has High and Low, use Low), and cook 5 minutes for each side.
