其实是LD的CASE，刚收到律师转发的approval email。 RD 04/05，网上仍是
ACCEPTANCE
这是我家的第三个140，我的PERM，LD的NIW，排期都是2009年
EB1一路艰辛，2010年LD的EB1A两次PP RFE TSC（5月被#144拒，和8月被#1203拒，第二
次RFE用了律师）后被拒，LD年底换到了一大公司做research。
虽然发帖不多，在版上学了不少，求其感谢LAODA，APRILSUMMER等的帖子

485，但是Eb1还没有批怎么办？如果Eb2明年可以交485，是六个月内能批，还是eb2's
priority date 还会倒退？

My EB1B 140 passed in Dec, however, the company continued to hold off my
I485 application. Last week was told that I got laid off and last day will
be end of Feb. I was also told that they will revoke my h1b 1 month after my
last day.
My question, in this case, can I still use 140 approval notice and the old

2007年7月大潮交的NIW140和485 ==> TSC
2008年2月NIW140批
2010年6月EB1B140+PP，10天后模板RFE。==> TSC
2010年7月底补充材料，3天后EB1B140批，再3天后485批。没有relink,估计是交
EB1B140 时
自动连上的。

10封推荐信，其中三封独立，没有大牛
Review了5篇文章（3个杂志）， top 20% reviewer for one journal

RFE后补充了4篇filed的专利，一封杂志编辑的模板推荐信, 一篇文章的审稿，加一个4
百万的政府
funding/award，俺不是PI

剧了，NIW的也过不去啊，都是同一个人，都是同等条件的，怎么过？你想的太多了。

then I got the receipt number one day by email from HR after it arrived.
You should check with your lawyer/HR to see whether they receive email? |

I140/485 Filed together,no PP.
没想到这么快，是公司律师办的。
我的case觉得跟这的牛人比起来真的很一般。
Around 80 citations, 3 Technical Program Committee, around 15 reviews, 7
papers (6 first author) and 1 chapter (first author), 8 recommendations (3
from outside USA)。
希望给条件不是那么strong的人一点鼓励吧。
另外发20个包子，希望485能早日批下来~ |

but 485 is really really slow. 485 RN came 5 weeks after 140 approval. still
no FP notice 4 weeks after 485 RN. |

Don't try to submit your I-140 to TSC again. I believe NSC is becoming
better than TSC soon.
