Yahoo自己傻呗。如果google的search不好，就不该用它的service。
如果他的search好，你给他钱买他的service，还允许他借你的人气同时
创他自己的brand，不是找死吗？
Moto也是一样头脑糊涂。
iPhone 2009年的revenue有15+ billion，margin 50+%。
（当然谷轮们不识数，搞不懂Apple的subscription accounting，
非说卖phone不赚钱。）
这么大的market，而且增长率很快。如果Android联盟成功，销量达到和
iPhone一样的数量级，Google自己每年的revenue才二十几billion，
EBITDA十个billion，这个卖手机的market和他现有的business差不多
大了。你说他可能看着自己的partners发财，自己做活雷锋给人家免费提供
Android OS？
除非预先签协议，否则最后的下场肯定是为google做嫁衣，把市场做起来了，
然后Google来摘桃子。Android partners沦为和TG手下的民主党派一样
的花瓶点缀，好让Google可以claim |

low, only 8 X EBITDA.
The CEO has a conflict of interest issue. He was assigned to be CEO when
TPG took JCrew for the first time, and took the company public, and now the
company is about go a full circle under him.
Strategically, either Sears or Urban Outfitter is a better acquirer than TPG
. I'd go with Sears since Urban outfitter might have to worry about
cannibalization. |

这个和WNR， VLO 等refinary 股价严重低于book value 应该有很大不同的

应会很滞后, 船龄约10年，是一个好的long term asset player

3。只要油价稳定这个水平，今年盈利1。5 - 2 块。明年5-9块。
4。明年EBITDA 大约0.7-1B。按这个行业的平均EV/EBIDTA = 5。上升空间巨大。
