产后3个月，一直全母乳，胸喂和pump瓶喂混合，一直没来例假，以为不会怀孕。早上
起来一查，才发现也是有可能会怀孕的。今年绝对不能要了，于是又查了半天。中文英
文都有，专业说法民间说法都有，贡献一个：
可以吃Plan B或者毓婷，因为里面只有孕酮，对宝宝，宽泛地说是6周以上、谨慎地说
是3个月以上的宝宝无影响，如果只是很偶尔，对奶的数量和奶的质量也都无影响。如
果不放心，可以停奶3天（大部分说法是3天）甚至7天（只有一处说法是7天），但还需
用泵奶器维持产量。
那个哺乳期避孕，简称LAM，有98%的可靠性，但是要求很严格：
1. 纯胸喂，无泵奶，无奶粉，无辅食（98%的可靠性要求，否则都会降低98%这个数字）
2. 白天至少4小时一喂，夜里至少6小时一喂
3. 宝宝必须小于半岁
4. 妈妈产后56天以后不能有例假（产后56天以前的流血不算）
还有一种更严格的要求，叫Ecological Breastfeeding，这种在产后6个月之内有99%的
可靠性，在首次例假之前有94%的可靠性：

据，这些国家医疗有差别。剖腹产率特别低的往往是没有条件做剖腹产的国家，母婴死
亡率很高。但是剖腹产率大于15%以后，母婴死亡率就不再降低反而有所升高了。所以
一定数量的剖腹产是要做的，但是多做没好处。

的preschool的区别。之后逐渐大多数研究者就开始不待见蒙校 90年代开始学术界多用
ecological framework来审视发展，认为human interactions是发展的源动力。但是蒙
校的一些发展理论可以归为special education （残疾儿童教育）。蒙校不鼓励 peer
interaction，没有 explicit social emotional development，这种发展模式太非典
型了，研究了没有实际运用的价值 所以蒙校自己有自己的“杂志”自己研究自己的东
西。还有一个原因是，去蒙校的小孩家里相对富裕，蒙校在美国的营销方式就是面对中
产阶级，所以研究试验很难准确的分析出 儿童发展是蒙校的因素，还是家庭的因素。 |

的观察。
”1) 家长是教育者的主体，学校是辅助。学校的主要目的是让小朋友们发展社交技能
，顺带学习一点知识。“
LZ的孩子可能上小学吧。这个阶段的确是发展社交，人格的重要阶段，学校注重这个方
面挺合适的。因为小朋友和家长的社交交集比较小，老师和孩子们共处一个social
ecology，所以老师更适合在社交和人格方面教育孩子。 很可惜的就是基础知识训练强
度不够。这个就不是一句两句能说清楚的了。初高中的科目，尤其文科方面，还是有点
份量的。这个阶段除了知识的传授，老师会更注重critical thinking。个人观察是美
国教育说的一套一套都挺好的，但是真正施行起来结果差别挺大的，这个跟各地学区的
氛围，和老师的培训都有关系，比较复杂。
“4)教学质量总体较差，所以很多人还是更钟情私立学校（每到经济好转，好的私立学
校就排长队）。而且有很多家长不愿意把小朋友放学校，宁可自己在家里教。”
我见过的私立学校经济不好的时候也是排队的。经济不好，对上大多数私立的家庭影响

以后sustainability这些东西都会和financial statements一起report给stakeholder
了(private的可以志愿汇报)。会出现像四大一样的public auditors just for non-
financial statements,这样，shareholders可以看到short term performance，也可
以看到long term commitment!

Tsinghua and Beijing Normal University also provide majors in natural
resources/ hydrology/ water resources
Chinese Academy of Sciences enrolls many many students in natural resources/
ecology/soil sciences/ every year;
How do you know 朱海洋 很自卑? And that was because 考不上清北 沦落过去的

浙江大学化学工程与生物工程学系是由化工教育先驱李寿恒教授于1927年在中国创建的
第一个化工系，是化工领域高水平人才的重要培养基地。现有化学工程与工艺、生物工
程、制药工程、过程装备与控制工程4个本科专业，拥有化学工程与技术学科博士点和
博士后流动站，涵盖化学工程、化学工艺、生物化工、应用化学、工业催化、制药工程
