来到学校也快10个月，我们这个学制比较短整个phd期间就四
年的世间，想咨询一下各位，phd期间的时间是怎么安排的，怎么搞比较有效率一点。
我现在正在写paper了，春节前半年的工作，但是效率很慢，
搞的现在断断续续只写了1半，最近也在帮别人做实验，估计能有两个2，3作的样子。
我老板现在大病，住院，应该还要2-3月才来回来，没人管已
经小半年了，现在也没有压力，精神涣散，到处逛论坛，满心就想先玩玩，怎么办？
而且，有时候paper写了停，挺了写，思绪不连贯，各位xdjm
们，你们写论文的时候都是一气呵成吗？还是怎么滴？我现在图表基本就搞好了，就差
discussion和conclusion，reference 整的头疼，有些非专
业的reference查到后就是看不懂，怎么搞？
大家是怎么查找discussion相关的referencen的呢？我之前问了一下labmate，他说就
是贴关键词去google scholar，然后看看title，看看

展开来说一下Belize的潜水. 大部分的潜水sites都集中在内陆区右边的南北两个岛上. 尤以北部岛附近的偏多. 岛上有很多家dive shops. 我之前联系过的大概有4-5家, 从联系客服以及到了岛上的亲身体验, 最后我只选择了其中2个:

总体而言，今年SCI收录的期刊大幅增加，以我所熟悉的动物学领域而言，期刊数
由127个增加到145个，相似的，环境学领域也由180个增加到192个。这或许是个好消息
，至少在目前的评价机制下，我们有更多的期刊可以进行筛选。
至于影响因子，动物学总体而言变化不大，Journal of Zoology, Journal of
Wildlife Management等均有小幅上升，而Journal of Mammalogy则小幅下降。与行为
相关的动物学期刊整体而言也略微下降，比如Ethology，Behavioral Ecology，
Behavioral ecology and Sociobiology等，不过在动物学领域仍旧是领先的期刊。值
得欣喜的是，动物所作为秘书机构的国际动物学会会刊Integrative Zoology首次进入
JCR即表现不凡，影响因子达到了1，相信其前景会更加光明。不过动物学报Current
Zoology此次并未进入JCR，明年应该会有影响因子，应该也不会太差。
鸟类学领域，IBIS继续稳居老二，看来AUK有点落伍了。
