我就是Azure的，Azure是PaaS,跟AWS主要的IaaS针对的用户群有一点区别。有兴趣可以
去看Quora上的比较。客户方面，别的不说了，PPTV用的就是Azure, iCloud也是AWS和
Azure都用，传统行业的客户更多，因为跟MS ecosystem的整合很好。
Azure现在的确没有AWS火，不过我觉得MS在这一块是很有决心的,各种服务都提供,有专
门的Web Site Git Publishing组, mobile也支持iOS，SDK可以在github上下到,
nodejs, Python, Java都支持，Ruby的支持也快发布了。
新服务在不断增加中，比如今天GA Announcement的Windows Azure Media Services.
支持Flash和iOS,client player code在github.
还有我个人觉得很有前途的一点是Azure把中国市场和开发者看做是灰常重要的一部分.

看到版上大部分人都在讨论做题，我就剑走偏锋，谈谈除了练好编程这些基本功以外，
一个专业码工需要注意的其他的大方面，算是自己毕业后工作几年的一点经验之谈。
因为自己初出茅庐，体会感想肯定难免有肤浅的地方。这里如果有几十年经验的潜水老

以前听过某句老话：本科硕士解决问题，博士发现问题，大牛导师定义问题。说得很贴
切，其实做research如此，工业界也是同样道理。
合格的入门级码工对应于做research 的本硕士，最基本的素质就是分配了任务，能够
自己独立解决。就算是博士毕业的码工，也要经历这一阶段，打好基础很重要。这一阶
段，我个人的体会主要是三点：1。凡是布置的事情不要嫌小，不管多小的事情都要花

说了面试相关的东西。这个人说，会转告他朋友。
job description 我一开始就给发过去了，简历还是一堆无关的东西。
你转专业申请马工，写一堆人家看不懂的东西，能行么。
我是转行的，给转行的建议是：
1, 要主动，让人觉得你确实是想要这个工作。至少是装的你很想要这个工作。人家觉
得你不是很想来，会给你offer？
最好不要找人refer，还通过朋友转次手。
2. 简历要多写人家关心的东西。无论你在你专业多牛，人家看不懂，你写的那些东西
没有用啊。至少要根据人家的job description 改一改。就像聊天一样，你不能光说你
懂的东西啊。别人听不懂哪还有兴趣。
3. 大公司小公司的问题。
如果是大牛，自然不用纠结。如果你水平一般，又是转专业，我觉得小公司往往靠谱些
。小公司基本你的简历直接是技术头看，不通过HR（也没有HR）。没有HR 的筛选。你
的机会多一些。
另一方面，小公司按你的需要，给你改个offer letter 之类的，举手之劳，这个也算

云端的filesystem。但是业界已经倾向于，支持dropbox 也会 google drive。所以只
要google 性能追上来了，dropbox就没优势了，他没自己的ecosystem. 而且他家100亿
估值已经偏高了，感觉股票到时候也vest不了多少，真上市的话. 所以感觉选dropbox

有python接口，但是hadoop的很多东西都要自己去implement
而且一般文档都是java的文档，javadoc那些
很多概念也都是java上的概念
hadoop只是一个framework，不会java的话，你搞hadoop够呛
要想用hadoop+python，你需要对java&python都熟悉才行
那这样成本就比java developer要高了
你要搞java的类库，不会java，很难搞
python一般是scipy, numpy这些库
而不是hadoop，ecosystem不一样 |

我来个摘要：
印度人之间由于语言宗教不同，派系复杂，歧视严重。美国IT业都被印度东南部两个邦
的人把持，只招自己人，不招外种族的人，甚至连其他地域族群的印度人也不招。让这
些人把持IT业，不但是白人，黑人，华人等所有族裔的灾难，也是绝大多数印度人（他
们那个特定小圈子的人除外）的灾难。
在这些印度人小圈子“团结”的表象背后，是各种肮脏的内幕。老印高管剥削下级印度
人，任意奴役侮辱，下级为了保住他们的工作，常常要向上级行贿。他们还开设很多咨
询公司（应该是ICC之流），滥用H1B名额，剥削压榨印度人。

MSFT的移动策略全面溃败，现金牛枯竭，
不管Terry承认与否windows phone已经全面失败，市场份额几乎可以忽略不计。
移动平台架构一变再变，让开发者无所适从，健康的ecosystem一直没有建立起来。
相比之下Android平台经常几个月一个小release，一年一个大release。如果抛弃成见
，它的进步你可以看得到。而WP 8.1 的release，做了这么长时间，就做了这个玩意？
现如今，连诺基亚也完蛋了，中国的工厂研发，号称要搬到越南去（然后去印度？）好

MS毕业半年。我和组里同事各面了半个小时，本想放水让过了算了，毕竟是公司内部
transfer。发现实在太水，除了嘴上巴拉巴拉特能说外，没有什么干货，想转到我们组
就是想搞点儿hadoop之类的。我和组里同事都跟老板说最好不要，老板确觉得这个小印
是个new graduate，只要态度好努力卖力干活，应该没什么问题，最后给要了。我倒是
不否认如果这个小印态度好又上进的话，应该还好，但经历过CS 研究生院的应该知道
，有些老印是真有水平，但大多数老印的确是混子，比起大多数中国人差多了，不仅仅
是能力，还有态度上，我个人觉得这个小印算混子。其实老板想的并不无道理，但是提
携和带这个老印的任务估计就会分担在我和我同事身上了，在平时任务十分繁重的情况
下，大家一般都爱带个聪明又爱干活的，不然就是拖后退的，到时候还得给他搽屁股。
我不得不说，在这个事情上，确实是我这位印度老板帮了他们自己人一把，在不是很损
伤自己的情况下，提携了一个印度小兵。人和人有的时候差别就在是否有人给你机会，
