That's how trash it is. I like the car a lot, I'm a big fan of it. But we

人很聪明，在公司有很多年了，积累了很深厚的经验。其实，我们开始相处得很好，他对
我很NICE，不象以前那个年长一些的BOSS，总是希望我们OVERTIME的工作。但是，他的风
格和以前的那个不一样。以前的BOSS，将PROJECT交给我以后，就是由我全部负责了，他
只需要结果。那时候，我很忙，但也很充实，成就感强，因为经常是在自己努力下，成绩
就慢慢出来了。而这个年轻的，现在我被分到他的手下干他以前负责的项目，他的风格是
我只负责一个关节，其它的都不用管。开始我还很认真的做那一点点，可任何问题不能够
单独来分析，很多时候是需要统筹的。我明白，他是希望自己站在这个统筹的位置上，但
我仍然希望能够对整个PROJECT
了解得更多些，所以就不时去学其它的东西。上周他VACATION，没有留下任何交接。PROJ
ECT的其它部份出了问题，我就着手去处理了，这也是询问过他的ASSISTANT MGNR 才作的
。他回来后，不知道怎么就不高兴了。我现在还不清楚具体的原因，但能够感觉到其中的
误会。他的忽然变脸让 |

put author/date/etc in the code, write a documentation, archive these,
and send email to team, about current version, archive link, ect.
The whole point is making your work public.
Then you can let him work on your code.
Remeber, dont' direct send code to him, upload to some public server,
share with the whole team, and let him download from there. |

just try to collect some statistic data, e.g. your stress level, do you get
a raise in your new job, what you miss the most about the company, ect. So
they can run a summary report. They are not interestwd in the specifics,
especially office polictics.
If they go deep with everyone, they are tripling their work load, and become
CIA. Besides, all you want to say, the director probably have alreadly

TOP in the field. More reference letter might help. But you should provide
comparison of your contribution (publication , citation ect) to others in
your field. Could you find other source for comparison other than "top 10的
faculty". |

发帖数: 3509 | 48 我大概看了下，你这个学位应该是5年的（300个ECTS学分）。USCIS这个层面我觉得你
赢不了，要想一搏上诉是肯定的。而且上诉两个点都要赢才行，一是EDGE里写的4.5年
错了，二是美国同领域的1年master的等效性。
不管公司是不是withdraw，批了的140就是批了，里面的material error，如果有的话
，也已经有了。移民局是不是根据material error revoke跟公司是不是withdraw毫无
关系。
