Zarbee's may have product that is ok for younger than one year old.
Most you can do:
1) suction from nostrils (you should put some saline nose spray first, then
suction) don't overdone, it could lead to edema. (2 suctions per nostril
every few hours should be ok)
2) humidify the air if the air is dry
3) make sure the baby get in plenty fluids (at least 3 wet diapers in 24
hours) |

液泄漏，压迫造成的。
医生让停止骑车，去做了6周物理治疗，有改善，但有时候还是疼。
本周做了个MRI,没找出的毛病部分就不写了，毛病部分如下：
There is multifocal thinking of the patellofemoral articular cartilage with
mild subchondral edema in the torcula region of the distal femur. There are
mild patellar osteophytes. The articular cartilage in the lateral

prognosis is generally very poor with metastatis to bone from primary colon
cancer unfortunately.

可能，但是病毒感染细菌感染之类的，总得有个传染源吧；既然传染，这么久了，酥糖
好好的，就酥饼病了，真是解释不通。
我是觉得所有的手段差不多都用了，没啥大问题可能就是没啥大问题。至于fever,
edema都和脱水啊，protein wasting啊关系很大。如果是我，我还会积极配合医生，但
是我现在的态度会比较倾向于保护猫，不愿意她再做invasive的检查了，至少近一两个
星期不做了。
说句难听的，如果都是死，我也不愿意猫猫死得那么折磨。
唯一我有点担心的就是退烧这块，我觉得如果不是FIP，整个机体通过调养恢复了，烧
自己就会退的。但是目前烧着也不是办法。谁懂的给回答一下猫猫能用物理退烧么，或
者有什么药可以吃么？ |

应该是left ventricular heart failure引起的pulmonary edema
LHF也就是心衰也是治疗关键，不能只抽水呀。提醒下你们那里的医生开点治疗心衰药。beta
blocker or calcium channel blocker是first line。是否要加其他药物要看HF
的严重程度。。。
戒烟很重要，但也不能reverse对肺的伤害，但总比不戒强。
国内医疗无法跟美国比，有机会带你爸爸过来看看吧。
我公公年底过来我就要带他去换高血压药。他现在的药引起了不少副作用，国内医生居
然半点不知其药理，还说不是药引起的副作用。自己不懂不愿意去钻研也别害病人！ |

呵呵，有些rehab的医生水平的确有问题，比如昨天值班spinal cord的病人RAT call了
，我去看病人，明显pulmonary edema,而年长的attending却说病人dry需要more fluid
.后来在我的劝导下他才同意给lasix.
关于consult还是要看attending,有的attending喜欢consult各个service.我大部分是
和fellow电话讨论一下，除非是非叫不可的GI bleed啥的。而且一般都是早晨call 他
们，而不是拖到下午。他们最烦的是下午4点半左右给他们打电话。我觉得在大学医院
作为一个intern，要建立好和各个fellow的良好关系。 |

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住
ID, 能记住的有老刀，acne, teabao, Eric， 还有一个前版主（个人偶像：此人在IT
浪潮时下海做了码工，考板热时成功考板match, 不记得ID了，只记得他的头像是他女
儿，极cute）。不过最近有点乱，有英语语法癖 （个人很反感，尽量跳过，跳不过就
只好当吃苍蝇了），有26岁问自己是不是太老的（use you common sense, please），
这不又有99er考经是不是炫耀贴。平心而论，有些是有一些炫耀的意味在里面。不过呢
，一是有可能不经意的，二是不影响交流。现在可好，有人抱怨一下，有人砸，乱了套
了。现在我带头发一下我的非99er考经和不成功的match经历。
个人情况：male, 老CMG, (15+), Ph.D无绿卡。

自从N多年周游美国后觉得自己玩够了，当时没有绿卡，不能周游世界。告诉所有的朋
友们偶要开始考版拉，居然买了KAPLAN, 偶这个N多年没有看过一本书，一篇文献的睡
猫要开始考试了。结果没看几个月，居然怀上宝宝了, 偶一直不喜欢小孩，所以想当然
觉得自己不可能怀孕。一怀孕母性就出来了，一头扎进宝宝版，整天研究宝宝要买什么
，并继续偶的旅游事业，研究到哪儿玩，这不是LAST CHANCE了嘛。KAPLAN都上灰拉。
后来宝宝出生，也是光ENJOY宝宝，没有看书，直到2008年参加了老刀会，开始慢慢上
心，但是有一答没一答。2009年初LD工作换到外州，偶不得不QUIT轻松舒服的美好工作
，举家搬迁，从大房大院搬到东部公寓。没工作了，朋友说，你现在没有借口拉，只能
看书了。后来就是每天8小时的辛苦看书，上午3小时，下午4-5小时，晚上是不看滴。
UW, NBME. 偶记得当时写过非常STUPID的考经，抱怨自己题目难，其实就是基础不扎实
。现在想来STEP1是偶最最痛苦的经历，虽然考的不好，却花费了大量精力，视力都下

这家在BROOKLYN, 地处脏乱差区。C说，要去，给PREMATCH就去。偶很矛盾，心想去IV
可以，千万不要给偶PREMATCH啊。再来一年偶也不去啊。结果偶去面试的时候就很不像
话，其实完全没有故意的，是潜意识里作怪。先有一位印度LADY FACULTY来讲一下
PROGRAM大致情况，大家可以提问。偶的问题问出来自己都晕倒，DO YOU HAVE EMR? --
-WE DO NOT HAVE EMR, YOU NEED TO WRITE BY HAND. HAS ANYONE GOT KICKED OUT
BY THE PROGRAM? ----NO, WE NEVER KICKED OUT ANY RESIDENT. 自己觉得很RUDE,
但那时的偶好像SPLITTING了，不是平常的偶。每人给一个病，偶分到ARDS/PULMONARY
EDEMA。感谢CHESTNUT告诉偶要考CASE, 偶带上了大电脑可以查书。8个人面试，没有一
