（1）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条 转基因食品的食用安全性和营养质量不得低
于对应的原有食品”这个条款，是退步，而不是进步！这种删除的实质是，进一步顺从
邪恶孟山都为首跨国转基因产业的私利与压力，置中国人民持续安全、健康、生存与繁
衍于不顾！
（2）卫生部2007年颁布实施《新资源食品管理办法》有意取消了2002年颁布实施
的《转基因食品卫生管理办法》“第五条”，但是卫生部《新资源食品管理办法》“第
三条”规定：
第三条 新资源食品应当符合《食品卫生法》及有关法规、规章、标准的规定，对
人体不得产生任何急性、亚急性、慢性或其他潜在性健康危害。
依据该第三条规定，在对于抗草甘膦转基因大豆加工的转基因大豆油，检测出超过
俄罗斯对大豆油草甘膦残留量允许标准与中国卫生部对棉籽油草甘膦残留最高限量2.9-
6倍的草甘膦残留量，已经证实对人类健康，特别对青少年、儿童、婴儿与孕妇及其胎

最高学府北大、清华跻身前50名。
QS世界大学排行榜中，前十名都是美国同英国的知名大学。头五位分别是麻省理工、哈
佛、剑桥、伦敦大学学院和伦敦帝国学院。
QS世界大学排行榜是夸夸雷利·西蒙兹公司（Quacquarelli Symonds Limited）在2004
年建立的研究计划。该计划制订全球800所顶级大学的年度排名，所根据的准则包括：
学术声誉、雇主声誉、学系与学生比例、学系研究被提及次数、国际学生人数等等。
夸夸雷利·西蒙兹公司的报告指出，在亚洲地区，大学的排名继续有所提升。不过，没
有一所亚洲大学能进入排行榜的头20名之内，也没有如很多评论家所预测的有整体大幅

到了美国发现这里学电脑的人多，学生物的也多。俺从前也是搞生物的，当年做博士的
时候，感觉很好，觉得生命科学是21世纪最前沿的专业。但是做了两年就对生物失去了
兴趣，后来基本上就是尽快完成学位，毕业走人。 生物的问题是理论离开实际太远。
生物是给医学作铺垫的，但是许多生物研究出的东西，在临床上根本走不通，更多的只
是停留在理论层面。
做生物的人薪水低也是众所周知的，究其原因，主要是生物需要烧很多钱用在设备和试
剂上。 这样到人身上的钱当然就少了。一瓶抗体，200-300美元，只能用几次，而且实
验还经常会失败，耗材几乎每周都要去订。 做IT就基本只要一台电脑，无须买其它的
东西，那钱自然到人身上去了。 从原理上讲，生物有很多东西根本是做不出来的，成
功率20%可能都不到。但IT只要想做，应该都能做出来，成功率想必是90%以上。

曾几何时谈过一次，今天看到几个帖子就再说几句。偶也算是从生物过渡到临床医学。
生物的问题源于20年前大力推崇的21世纪生命科学的世纪这种说法，高考生物类分数要
求特别高，似乎将成为一个高薪产业，考生物的人趋之若鹜。另外到美国来，以
Postdoc的形式过来相对容易，而搞生物的人多半是逃脱不了作薄厚的苦命，所以就顺
理成章到美国来从拿3-4万一年的薄厚起步。 但是后来才发现生物这条路非常阴暗，非
常害人！从工作强度而言，不输给其它任何的专业，基本从早到晚，起早摸黑，甚至晚
上和周末加班加点。搞研究意味发文章，发晚了等于白做。 记得有朋友告诉我他的一
个发小在哈佛好不容易做到PI，为了赶文章通宵达旦地干，结果胃出血送医院。 从收
入角度来说，薄厚就不说了，PI起薪也就8-9万，然后看Grant的大小和学校的规定，再

过去两个世纪里总会定期听到这样的警告：自动化科技将消灭大量中产阶级的工作
。早期最有名的例子是19世纪初的卢德运动（Luddite movement）,即一群英国纺织业

过去两个世纪里总会定期听到这样的警告：自动化科技将消灭大量中产阶级的工作
。早期最有名的例子是19世纪初的卢德运动（Luddite movement）,即一群英国纺织业

学，也在教学法上引进中英不同的训练方式。他们对中文教育的热衷之情，已经迎来了
“全盛期”。
作为在新加坡一个讲英语家庭长大的女孩，普雷玛·古鲁纳坦（Prema Gurunathan）当
年不情愿地学会了普通话。如今，生活在伦敦西部、已为人母的她，正想方设法让自己
的儿子学习普通话。
当儿子咿呀学语的时候，古鲁纳坦坚持他们位于汉莫史密斯（Hammersmith）的家每周
一半时间讲普通话。她收了一名来自东亚的互惠生（她不想说具体来自哪个国家，因为
担心让竞争对手知道这个信息）。上月，她和丈夫把自己三岁半的孩子送到了伦敦新设
立的一所承诺给学生提供完全浸入式普通话教学的学校——肯辛顿韦德（Kensington
Wade）。
“它开发智力，教文化，还能‘保障前途’，可以这么说，”自认为是“虎妈”和政策
专家的古鲁纳坦在解释为何选择这所学校时说，“还很好玩。”

【欧洲时报网】最近，BBC委托城市中心的专家做了英国城镇收入的调查，数据涵盖人
口在13万5千人以上的城市建成区，排出了整个英国最高收入和最低收入城镇的榜单。
据BBC News介绍，作者Andrew Carter是首席执行官，Paul Swinney是城市中心的研究
和政策主管，该中心正在努力了解英国城市中经济增长和变化的方式和原因。

英国收入最高榜单
毫无疑问，伦敦是整个英国收入最高的地方。平均每周工资是727镑。（相当于月工资2
万5人民币）
接下来的六个高收入的地方集中在东南部，分别是雷丁Reading，克劳利Crawley，米尔
顿凯恩斯Milton Keynes，剑桥Cambridge，斯劳Slough和牛津Oxford。平均每周工资为
600英镑或更多。
