气写的，准备到时候找2个editor签名推荐。
但是editor的2封信我都只写了一页，然后实在吹不出来了（我就吹了一下杂志impact
factor， category rank，和为什么要找我做reviewer），关键是不能把在别的推荐信
里面吹过的再吹几次啊，估计uscis那帮高中生都要看吐了，（有时候想想他们那帮人

如果editor的决定跟自己的recommendation一致，editor还会发一个email 说 “Thank you once again for reviewing the above-referenced paper. With your help the following final decision has now been reached:
Reject or Accept”.但是这个email不是每个审稿都有的，只有70%有吧。
用哪个比较好？我倾向于后一个，大家都是怎么弄的？还有，把editor的email装订后，需要加页码么？

这个领域最好的杂志回应了我交上的文章。本来很寄希望这个editor，因为他是这个领
域的大牛，技术比较强。但他给我的回信comments就基本是把referee的话重复一遍，
也就是说他连我文章里的methodology都没懂怎么回事，更别说contribution了，也就
是说他其实都懒得看我的文章，随便给了一个根本啥都不懂的referee对我的文章胡说八
道一通就把我打发了。如果editor看了我的introduction，都应该知道referee对我
methodology的攻击是完全错误的。这个referee的report里，把我的modology是完全没
看懂，攻击的是莫名其妙，甚至我明明说跟另外一篇文章的结果一致，他却问我为什么

现在要给editor写revision letter，很多要改的东西，我把改了的文章交上去给老板
，以及一份类似问答形式的letter，老板说，给editor的信不能这么写。blahblah.
发表第一篇的时候，我压根不知道还有revision letter 这东西，现在老板怎么一下子
什么都让我做了呢？

另外可以试试这个trick：写个debutal，说明理由。感谢reviewer，editor之类。最后
说文章deque需要major work，问editor是不是可以改好了后resubmit。这样给editor
一个台阶下。resbumit的文章很多时候审稿快。 |

页的合约，主要是editor以及出版社的责任和义务等，该书大约10章左右内容，20万字
之内。
本人目前在一公司工作，有4年该方向的经验。主要考虑的问题是做这样的editor肯定
会非常费时间，不知道对绿卡申请是否有用（EB1)。请有经验的大侠不吝赐教！
