殊不知，美国公司的律师团根本不会被这样的理想化的演讲感动，反而会发现很多攻击
的着力点。
在settlement还没有决定之前，成东青承认侵权，这简直不可理喻的愚蠢。用自己的超
级牛的记忆力，来证明中国学生没有不公正的优势，这简直自相矛盾。如此，那为什么
还要承认侵权？既然已经承认侵权了，还不快点儿最小化损失？

虽然电影讲究艺术效果，但此类影片真实性严谨性也是很重要，那一段明显戏剧成分还
是多了点。 中国太缺乏此类好莱坞似励志片了，这个题材如果让社交网络的导演拍估
计会拍得更丰满，人物矛盾更合理，叙事更有震撼力

prevent this, but I think the large group market will be relatively stable
due to ER competition on offering comprehensive benefit to the EEs.
My guess is if ERs cannot stand the cost, they'll either go ASO or pass it

总体而言，今年SCI收录的期刊大幅增加，以我所熟悉的动物学领域而言，期刊数
由127个增加到145个，相似的，环境学领域也由180个增加到192个。这或许是个好消息
，至少在目前的评价机制下，我们有更多的期刊可以进行筛选。
至于影响因子，动物学总体而言变化不大，Journal of Zoology, Journal of
Wildlife Management等均有小幅上升，而Journal of Mammalogy则小幅下降。与行为
相关的动物学期刊整体而言也略微下降，比如Ethology，Behavioral Ecology，
Behavioral ecology and Sociobiology等，不过在动物学领域仍旧是领先的期刊。值
得欣喜的是，动物所作为秘书机构的国际动物学会会刊Integrative Zoology首次进入
JCR即表现不凡，影响因子达到了1，相信其前景会更加光明。不过动物学报Current
Zoology此次并未进入JCR，明年应该会有影响因子，应该也不会太差。
鸟类学领域，IBIS继续稳居老二，看来AUK有点落伍了。
