发帖数: 9419 | 17 刷漆分为刷屋里面和屋外面，屋里面的刷漆，如果要很快就主人，那么最好是用水性的
油漆。刷屋外面需要经历风吹雨淋日晒等必须要用油性油漆。
这是屋内屋外的区分，如果说墙和门，区别不是水性油漆和油性油漆。而是要看油漆刷
完的感光度和反光度、亚光还是亮光的效果等。这些特性是以FLAT，EGGSHELL等来区分
。我的经验是，顶棚用亚光看起来很平整的FLAT型号油漆。四壁的墙由于要有些层次感
，和视觉效果等问题要用具有半亚光，略带微微反光，好像鸡蛋壳表面效果的EGGSHELL
，或者更显得亮光和光华的SATIN（忘了具体拼写是不是错了）。墙围子和门就需要用
反光度和感光度比较高，视觉效果很光滑SEMI-GLOSS,或者你喜欢亮光的效果，就直接
用GLOSS的型号油漆。
不过这些油漆工都会告诉你的，如果你自己刷，说实话，门这个问题还是比较挠头的。
专业油漆工会有那种喷油漆的机器，门的油漆喷上去的效果比刷要好太多。 |

，开价都是3000刀。
据说如果不刷eggshell还可以便宜些，不知是什么道理。

这个过程是最纠结的，尤其是面对着成千上万的材料，我自诩没有选择恐惧症的人都觉
得头大。这个时候就是紧扣喜欢的色调和设计风格还有预算来选择。细节实在太多，不
能一一回忆就写几个关键的吧。
油漆是在Homedepot买的，油漆主要分flat，eggshell，satin，semi-gloss，gloss等
，水汽重和high traffic的地方用eggshell，天花板用falt，moulding和门框用semi-
gloss。
把hardwood拆掉了，换成了laminate。我知道Harwood各种高大上，可是材料本身贵，
安装也贵，保养起来麻烦，如果家里有宠物，很容易就留下划痕。Contractor通常会按
面积收removal & haul away fee。Hardwood如果是glue-down的拆起来最贵，其次是
nail-down，最后是float。
Laminate也有很多种类，确保买的是12mm厚的，distressed laminate其实就很漂亮了
，而且也比较耐磨。跟Laminate 配套使用Molding我采用的是5”厚的，看起来比较大

semi-gloss\eggshell\satin\flat等，越gloss的越容易显示瑕疵，所以多数情况下都
用eggshell\satin之类的，也是现在流行的，gloss的刷的不好会显得很cheap。 |

【update】怎么处理与作天作地的父亲的关系
UPDATE：万分感谢大家的回复，我决定说什么也不能让他再来了。
楼主奔四俩娃妈。在国内的前二十多年都是在这样紧张压抑的气氛中度过的。
外人看起来我衣食无忧，父母鼎力支持学习和生活，让我学业有成。但精神上并未感到
过幸福，在家里说话做事动辄得咎，感觉自己一直被厌恶。同时又不断接受父亲灌输的
“人不能忘本“，“人要感恩”，“尊重父母才能算得上是个人”，“你能有今天全靠
我的教育”。
一直以来我都认为自己对他的不亲近不喜欢是忘恩负义的表现，是我人格崩坏。出国这
么多年我都没能完全精神独立，他在地球那边几次遥控指挥我指责我都很成功。
直到上次他来美国我才突然醒悟他可能真的有问题 而我身上一些不好的性格（容易急
躁，倾向于苛求别人，又容易人云亦云不能坚持自我，有时会想着自杀算了可以逃避一

eggshell plaintiff，基本上的处理原则一句话叫做you find your own plaintiff,就
是说：你负有100%的责任，即使这个人的“敏感”情况对于你是无法预知的。举例：被
撞的人原来脑子里有个动脉瘤，平时没表现，就是一个正常人。你10MPH轻轻撞了一下
，这个人终生瘫痪的责任100%由司机负责，即使你说：我就轻轻撞了一下，凭什么？我
怎么知道这个人这么敏感？这没办法，你负全责。这条法律的主要依据是policy
reason；
如果这个人以前的preexisting disease，简单的说这个condition使得这个人落有残疾
，法律上称为crumbling skull。这个司机的责任是：恢复到以前有毛病的那个
condition为止。例如：被撞的人，本来就病病歪歪的，腰部本来就做过20次手术，那
么这一次撞司机的责任只负担这次撞对于腰部contribute的部分。 |

wallpaper remover,应该在home depot就有的卖.但有时候扒开会发现有两层墙纸,那样
就要多费点时间. 至于油漆分好几种,flat,eggshell,pearl,satin,semi-gloss,
high-gloss,偏向flat的感觉没有那么闪,比较elegent,但是比较不防水和耐脏.个人觉
得satin比较好, 就是比semi-gloss稍微暗一点的,既防水又不那么闪. |

I prefer to use primer every time, only exception is you repaint with exact
same color paint. Other wise, primer is cheaper than expensive paint, and
makes it easy to cover old paint and help new paint to spread, you will use
much less new paint.
Sanding does not take much effort, so I always wash and lightly sand the
entire suface before I start. (I guess it is ok if the old paint is still
good).
