USCIS is not processing any new cases in 2011. Something is cooking and they
are determined to clean 2007 mess with all the capabilities. Apparently EB2
ROW and EB1 will not get any approval in the Q4 of 2011. There will be more
spillover for us in Q4.

USCIS上显示的：I-485，Employment-based adjustment applications，October 31,
2010
就是说现在EB１只给出了最末一位被处理的case的收据时间，而不是通常的几个月。看
起来就象是排期一样了。
另外,根据小字的说明，似乎是filing date等同于receipt notice date?
However, if that office is taking longer than our processing goal to handle
the form type in question, you will see the filing date (e.g., “April 10,
2003”) of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last
updated.

3/21/2011. 难道这个是说现在处理到了3/21提交的case 吗？
我觉得不对，因为从版上还有身边的人的case来看，有不少迟于3/21提交EB1B的都有
140的批复了。那么这个3/21是什么意思呢？

Yes. TSC processing time for 485 is Jan.18,2011. They won't allow you to
file SR.

The letter means that you can't get information for your wife's case. Your

发帖数: 31 | 39 我俩是NSC的，第21天和第23天，分别收到FP Notice。所需时间据说跟各地local
office是否拥挤也有关系，我们这里算不挤的，不是是否确实。
我们的律师在485notice收到后让我们注意查看邮箱，等FP notice。她还说，他们也会
收到courtesy notice，到时会提醒我们。
据说过了一定时间没收到FP Notice的，可以打电话去问。
LUD:

sign up for case update, 录入你的收据号码（485, EAD, AP各有不同）。然后你每
次登录，都会直接进入My Portfolio。每一行（对应于你的每一个收据号）都有一列是
Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy)，如果发生变化，就算一次LUD。
BTW，我们的FP notice并未导致LUD。

输入自己的receipt number，但上面显示我的状态只是Acceptance。我的PD是07/31。
下面有行小字说是USCIS没有收到我的finger printing的payment。但是我过去几年都
做了好几次的finger printing。我已经发信给律师了。
这里想问下，一旦律师和USCIS理清，从Acceptance到Initial Review到Decision要多
少时间？ |

发帖数: 7746 | 45 不一定efile。file 140后等你收到receipt #，在USCIS的网站注册 https://egov.
uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp， 把receipt number加进去，就可以得到case
update。不止是140可以，其他的USCIS 申请case都可以，只要有receipt #就可以啦。
File EB1b？efile EB1b 需要employer e-certify 140 form。

发帖数: 2248 | 47 UPDATE一下，今天体检，半夜收到邮件140就批了。呵呵。
本人弱Eb1A non-PP，TSC，10月收到RFE，12月file了RFE response，先正在等140结果
。求bless。。。。。。
这礼拜刚刚把I-693 Medical Examination给做了，但盼140批了，就可以file 485了。
在此分享些经验，希望能帮到大伙儿。
移民查体过程：

在这个link查找civil surgeon，只有他们是designated的才可以做移民查体。我在美
国Mid West，当时注意找华人，印度人，韩国人，和日本人医生。个人经验，这些国外
MD (US licensed)更熟悉移民查体程序，也好说话一些。一定要打电话shop around，
我住家百里内没有华人医生，2个印度医生，收$250，和$160，而且这个费用只是

Social Security number (SSN) card，填SS-5表，去local office递交）:

with “NOT VALID FOR EMPLOYMENT” or “VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS
AUTHORIZATION” printed on it has been granted permanent residency, he or
she can apply for a replacement SSN card that reflects the new immigration
status.
An alien granted permanent residency status is eligible to be issued an
unrestricted SSN card and will retain the originally assigned SSN.
