property taxes. The buyer must therefore refund to the seller the amount of

2) regarding $5000 treaty, it has nothing to do with 1040 or 1040A. you need
to do that manually, turbotax does not know treaty. You need to attach 8833
to explain the $5000 deduction from your gross pay (u manually deduct it in
1040 or 1040A).
