scientific discovery, we use controlled experiments, critical analysis,
logic and data. For love, friendship, etc., we use our emotions, instincts,
faith, trust, etc.
Is there any sane people use critical analysis and controlled experiments to
test their spouse, parents, relatives and friends?
Are you treating God as a thing, e.g. desk, or a greater intelligent being?

发帖数: 2841 | 5 399块 culv做成这样可以了~带HDMI，GMA4500HD的集显，整个是一个full blown
laptop in a big netbook case，双核penryn
关键是：celeron dual core su2300 支持EIST (speedstep)
很多10寸atom本都是2.8 lb，还很弱
1810p是core 2 duo su9400+touch screen，会贵
刚查了下intel官网，su2300 spec如下图 |

没看到现货卖，culv看来真的还是很有希望的产品哦，core 2 duo系列及其衍生，确切
说是penryn核心从高到低一统江湖
如果su2300真的像前几天一位兄台所说不真正支持EIST(enhanced speedstep，尽管
intel地说明上显示支持），那么su4100还是有点优势，cache也大一倍 |

notebookreview上都说su2300不真正支持EIST
FSB throttling和multiplier change是没有的，但电压会降0.0875v
不过TDP 10w的话应该也费不到哪里去 |

N450还是没什么意思
其实su2300如果真的没有EIST的话也很缺憾
只有期待su4100降价了，或者clarkdale ULV版？ |

一个是everest里显示cpu C1E capable but disabled，虽然EIST是enabled
另外一个是，装上lenovo的Energy Management之后，无论用哪个power plan，无论硬
盘spin off的时间设置多长，上网等正常使用过程中硬盘一小会就停转，几秒后spin
up——WD3200BEVT scorpio盘——肉痛啊——不过把这个烂软件删除了就好了
最后一个，拿到手时候Win 7 home prem x64 HDD分是5.7，fresh install了win 7
ultimate x64导入证书密钥激活后，同样装上intel matrix storage manager，分数只
有5.3 |

发帖数: 2859 | 14 Finished OC. i5-2500k + GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3. First tried manual vcore 1.28v and
4.5g w/o issue. Disable c1e, eist etc. Then tried offset vcore. Finally set
to -0.025v 4.3g and everything else auto, if I remember correctly (I dont
want to push the limit). Idle voltage .97v, load 1.26v. May try lower offset
later.
One last thing: the blck, or bclk is set to 1005, default 1000.
The whole system consumes just 53w idle, cool |

the 9.5 multiplier.
If your bios allows you to toggle EIST/SpeedStep, you can use ThrottleStop
to do this. |
