事就去看那些新售房的，呵呵，一是也想买，二是很享受那些房子内的装饰）。结果就
这样看中了一款，决定买了。从下订金到pre-qulify到通知closing date一路走来
builder方一直都说loan没有问题（原定closing date是十月二十一），为此我们就将
原住的房子租出去了，可是临近差不多还有一星期就要close了，buileder方的broker
和lender开始不停地要这信息那信息，我们也还是积极配合，提供他们所要的一切，可
是最后的答案是lender方根本不考虑我的收入（说我工作经历中有gap，所以不予考虑
），就这样直到过了closing date的那个星期后的周一才收到他们的denie信。房子买
不成到不是特别沮丧，最难过的是房子已经租出去了，自己一下成了无家可归的人啦，
实在是窝火啊。觉得更生气的是，觉得lender给的这个理由，应该很早就可以给通知了
，何必还假模假事儿的要这证明那证明的，又是call HR...
可是事已至此，也没办法了，只得想办法找住处，安置家当。幸... 阅读全帖 |
