3:40:13。留个记录,自从CIM BQ后,这成绩就一路朝南,马上就要反向破4了。
自从CIM 3:33后,知道吃老本没戏,一个月不练跑马就很受罪了,别啥破三了,bq+10
都没戏。12月又跑了些没强度的里程,原本想二周80+里程,也没有能实现。最高一周

听从了chipncharge的建议,提速到1:50每100码,不过能力还是不够,还得多歇会儿才
能缓过来。
开始的时候6次打腿,不过有了几趟之后,感觉消耗体力、氧气过大,扛不住,改为四
次打腿。
不过游完以后明显感觉比之前酱油游累很多,大臂外侧,胸肌也有酸痛的感觉。

Garmin Swim记录的stroke不对啊,一会儿14次,一会6次,这还有个毛用?本来买Garmin
Swim主要就是想记录每次的stroke次数以检查动作效率.另外记录的游泳时间也不对,实
际游的时间肯定明显大于记录的8分5秒.

经过努力研究本版各位的帖子,也看了油管,感觉划水需要改一改,开始尝试high
elbow pull. 第一天非常挣扎,游到后半程才开始有点感觉。

无伦次,不知道想说些什么,又特别要说。看得人相当的不知所云。
首先,几乎每部片子都是想涵盖古今中外所有的狗血事件,各种疑难杂症、人间悲剧。
简直直接可以叫金三胖拿去教育朝鲜人民:你们看,南韩的生活是不是太次了?还是社
会主义好。拜托,人家古希腊悲剧、人家莎士比亚悲剧也都是三个小时讲一个故事好吗
,你韩国电影两个小时想覆盖四大悲剧,是不是有点脑残了?
