community is quite and safe. Near the bus station, I-15 highway, Miramar
college, the community shopping center, and different Asian supermarket.
Having own parking permit and bedroom, sharing the living room, kitchen and
the bathroom. The rent is $420 per month+1/3 share of the electirc utility

minutes.The community is quite and safe. Best choice for both BU and BC.

My lease ends on Jan 31 2007.
If u want to move in after 20 of Dec. (and it is free for Dec) that is
doable. You can also continue the lease after a month of staying.
I am moving to my own condo in late Dec that is why I will need to sublease it.
Only $700+$20 electricity.
utilities are included except electircity.
building is 2 blocks away from L train (red line) buses are right out side of the building. convinient location.
10 mintues walk to North China town.

Anyone has experience with Energy Plus company http://www.energypluscompany.com/ )?
I got a promotional email from this company and solicit me to switch from
NStar to it for electircity supply. As an incentive, there will be 7500 AA
miles credit. Since its rate(electricity) varies every month, I was
wondering if anyone has ever used it before. If yes, what do you think about
its price?

sublets. Very quiet and comfortable loaction. Monthly rent is $1350, including everything but electirc (water,
sewage, heating, parking are free). Note: pets are not allowed here.
Current lease will be end at 03/31/2012, still 8 months left. The apartment
is available now.
People not presently local please contact after you reach Boston area,
unless you have some friend here who could help hold the apartment for you,

the lease ends(end of the Feb).The location is very good and convennient for
shopping,2min walk to foodlion, and the price is reasonable ($275) you need
to pay the electirc ($15-$20 per month).Another room is rent by a chinese
couple(very nice couple).They are very quiet and nice!
