No gas furnace can be 100% efficient, that mean not 100% of the engergy in

原因：
一般的锅都可以用，不用买特别的锅。
便宜，坏了件好更换
辐射更小
当然，induction在干净方面还是要远好的。electric cooktop的清理很烦人。 |

要求较高，你如果想享用 warranty, 你必须雇佣专业有执照的 plumer + electric
engineer 并让他们签字才可以，而且这里的这个价钱只是加热器本身，其它的一些配
件要自己买，又是一百多块。
我现在正在考虑买个 Rheem 的马拉松橡胶的，只是对于这个橡胶壳子的家伙的安全有

打电话问pepco寻求建议 除了普通建议
指出我现在的electricity supplier是一个叫energy plus的公司 现在1 kwh=$0.169
pepco自己的rate 1 kwh=$0.093
赶紧给energy plus打电话 改成了 1kwh = $0.089 (fixed rate. will change back
to variable rate again after 1 year.)
如果冬天一个月用2000kwh 就差了$160
每个州不同的service area electricity rate也不一样
maryland州有的地方 1 kwh only $0.005

the laundry room. I took the picture of the laundry room and send it to a
plumber. He said I should use gas dryer. But not sure if the electric
outlets are of 120 volt or 220 volt. |
