gold is too rigid for some applications. we are looking for a SOFT SOLID
electrode.
Currently, conducting polymer (PANI, polypyrrole, PEDOT) are used, but in situ
polymerization must be used to uniformly deposit it to the surface of our own
materials.
Conductive carbon grease is good, but it is too sticky.

dry it easily? the interface adhesion will be another issue. The whole
formulation is not trivial..

You know the conductive rubber used for electrical contacts? e.g. in LCD
display. It seems you need to deposit onto your material. I don't know how
they grow that. maybe just cut from bulk.

你这是在调戏电路板大牛们了。我是学医出身的,搞 bio 的人那点电路知识我还不知
道。
首先这不算电路图,三角也不是运放,这最多算个框图什么的,一个三角算一个功能单
元,
至于它是什么功能完全看心情,不过在这张图上已经把主要功能给标注了,所以可以大概
猜个差不多。
Input voltage 通过 Control amplifer 驱动 counter electrode, 驱动电位等同于
Working Electrode 和 Reference Electrode 之间的电极电压 (这样CE/RE之间电压差
基本是零,Electrometer 单元等比放大 Working Electrode 和 Reference Electrode
之间的电压 (供纪录Working Electrode 电位 )而Working Electrode 对 Reference
Electrode 之间的电压差通过 Rk 转换成电极电流(供纪录Working Electrode 电流)。
基本上就是一个cyclic voltammetry的电路图。

几年前他和DNA结构的发现者克拉克合作的一篇文章,发表在NATURE NEUROSCIENCE上
指出单个皮层神经元具有intelligence,曾引发学术界不小的震荡

那篇文章里所谓的bulk sample其实也只有200nm. 这个在我看来是个比较优化的size,
循环性能好不奇怪,而且他们用了45%!的cb. 首先他们用来对比的bulk和nano sample
不是
同样方法合成的,表面情况肯定不一样,非常怀疑那些小size的LiCoO2有大量的
proton
在surface/lattic里,才让capacity这么矬,而且没有平台,slope是水热合成的
LiCoO2
常见的。 其次还有cb和particle的分散问题,显然是size越小越团聚,和cb的混合就
越不好,会有很多isolated particle, 也非常影响capacity. 基本上nano electrode
循环性能差于um electrode可能是目前毕竟普遍的结果,但是他们这文章里面的方法
漏洞太多,XRDrefine结果等等error太大,他们的model里也做了非常非常多近似忽略
了很多很多东西。 总而言之他们的结论可能是对的,但是方法是很有问题的,但是也是
很有价值的,毕竟这是第一此有人试图去理论解释nano electrode的电化学曲线和
size effe

Until now theories about nanotransistors are focused on inorganic
semiconductors. However, what happens on organic semiconductors? Nobody
knows.0.1V are added on two electrodes. The distance between these two
electrodes is 1nm. So electrical fields actually are huge.Organic
semiconductors are different to inorganic semicondutors because they can form
chemical interactions with gold electrodes. If this chemical interaction could

How is the test performed?
Usually the test takes less than 30 minutes. A healthcare professional may
perform the test in an office, clinic, or hospital. Often, a person sits up
for this test. Dabs of ointment are applied at certain spots on the person's
scalp and each ear lobe. Electrodes are placed on these spots. As earphones
deliver clicks to each ear, brain waves sensed by the electrodes are
graphed.

Patch clamp experiment 如果report的voltage一般是不是gradient可以用 both
electrode和chemical gradient 造成?
如果在一个实验里两者都对voltage有contribution的话, 那么plot 的 I-V curve
上就是overall 的voltage? 而不是说只画electrode造成的voltage?
请学生物的同学给我解释一下,
或者请推荐一些简明的introduction的书或paper或网页给我这个什么都不懂的人学习

如果是liposome expression, 怎么控制 liposome内的chemical potential (ion
concentration)呢? 如果是whole cell的实验, 又怎么控制cell内的离子浓度呢?
