感觉学校方面的理由站不住，我不觉得这个T-shirt上的话会让人有很具体的性行为方
面的联想，再说这个孩子都十五六岁了，不是只有五岁，性的话题那就是elephant in
the room，学校方面有义务做适当的引导，哪怕说这是个人观点校方不予背书也好，都
比粗暴地威胁禁止强。不过如果这是我的孩子，就算搬家也一定要转学啊，学校方面想
要不落把柄地搞搞你太容易了，总不能放着书不念天天搞诉讼。也许我们华人对美国的
司法制度还是信心不足，也许从此校方知道这家不好惹就leave them alone，但是作为
家长很难安心地让自己的孩子take chances。
说到T-shirt，曾经有另一个极端的例子，某校西裔比例很高，某天是墨西哥国庆日，
很多孩子打着墨西哥国旗上学去了，有三个白人男孩在这一天穿了印有美国国旗的T-
shirt，同样被校长要求把衣服反过来穿，拒绝后就被suspend了。我可以理解为什么有
