不成立，因为对于 deterministic-abstract-machine 那个是 undecidable problem，
那两个会永远 “等待” 而不是 “先行自我了断”。
至于 nondeterministic-abstract-machine 并且输入还依赖其他 nondeterministic-
abstract-machine 的情况，除了理论计算科学系的疯子以外，一般人都不需要去
讨论，原因就是现实世界不可能存在，属于藤校疯人院话题。。。 |

kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring

For the benefit of the Chinese worldwide, we should encourage more
immigration from China. eliminating the quota allows a larger potential
Chinese population in the US in the long run. Chinese immigrants are at
a disadvantage compares to the Indians because the number of immigrants

If enacted, The AGREE Act would do the following:
(1) Provide a 3 year extension of 100 percent bonus depreciation for the
full cost of qualified investments such as equipment and property.
(2) Provide a 3 year extension of Section 179 expensing levels for small
businesses.
(3) Provide a 3 year extension of eliminated taxes on certain small business
stock.
(4) Extend the Research & Development tax credit until 2013, increase the

This bill is not easy. This bill should be presented as backlog reduction
and EB visa fairness bill. Instead it is presented now as "Country cap
elimination" bill. This elimination business will touch many nerves.

about the bill
that are not yet clear
Contentious Issues
1) Legalisation of undocumented.
2) Addition of 10000 Visas.
3) The fact that its only for Irish can also be an issue. (Depends on the
strength of Irish lobby)
1 & 2 above are killers and 1+2=DoA
Workaround through amendments
1) No relaxation in E-3 requirments
2) Sharing the E-3 Visa pool with Australians. Currently 2K-3k visas are
used by

Grassley offered an amendment that would make dramatic changes to the bill
including elimination of the family per county limit increase and reducing
the employment based per country limit to 15%. Furthermore, his amendment
would eliminate the diversity visa program and adds in provisions that would
increase enforcement and U.S. worker protections to the H-1B and L-1 visa
