昨天偶然看到一篇文章提到原来Avid Elixir的brake lever设计是对称左右不分的.所
以根本不用换brake line,直接lever左右swap一下就是了，一共4颗螺丝，耗时5分钟～
那篇文章还提到右手前刹的另一个好处，所有摩托车都是右手刹车，左手离合的，如果
你要换着骑的话，自行车把最常用的前刹放在右边更安全，不容易混淆 |

路上Cannondale CAAD 10，Sram Rival/Force/Red mixed groupset.
山地:
Diamondback Mission frame, Sram Hammerschmidt cranks and X0 Rear Derailleur,
sektor fork, elixir 9 disc brakes.
Trek 4500 frame with sram x7 groupset， bb7 disc breaks.
road基本是原配，自己装上了sram red的rear derailleur 和brake caliper， 山地都
是从just frame一个配件一个配件自己组装的，all torqued to spec. 比较喜欢自己
动手丰衣足食。 |

我的皮肤情况：
混合皮，T区油，鼻子容易长黑头，嘴巴周围易出豆，脸颊和眼睛周围比较干。没有皱纹、干纹。除了鼻子附近，毛孔不明显。
1.清洁 - Elizabeth Arden Skin Simple Efficiency Expert 2-in-1 Cleanser Toner
, $4 @ TJMaxx
清洁力一般，还算温和，有薄荷香，除了洗脸还用它来洗澡。
2.爽肤水 - Shiseido Elixir Superieur Lifting CE Lotion 170ml/5.7fl.oz. II
rich and smooth，$30
这个是前两年剩下的，爽肤水里不算便宜，给熟肌用的，有胶原（collagen elastin）
，比较保湿，但没有其他效果。就像有的MM说过的那样，资生堂的有些东西真是说不上来好在哪里。
3.精华 - Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair,$45
断断续续用了3、4瓶，对皮肤的弹性、保湿都不错，会一直用下去。
