Thanks to everyone for their support, and remember that just because you
are not the target of a surveillance program does not make it okay. The US
Person / foreigner distinction is not a reasonable substitute for
individualized suspicion, and is only applied to improve support for the
program. This is the precise reason that NSA provides Congress with a
special immunity to its surveillance.

现在史諾登正闹得沸沸扬扬，这就不得不让人想起越战泄密的主角艾斯伯格（Daniel
Ellsberg），没有他，恐怕是不会有后来的曼宁和史諾登的。
艾斯伯格出生于一个犹太的中产阶级家庭，十五岁时母亲死于车祸，他当时也在车上，
昏迷了几天后才苏醒，这件事影响了他的一生。
他是个人才，因为学业和才华，获得了奖学金进入哈佛大学，主修经济，学士毕业后又
得到奖学金到剑桥大学进修，一年后回到哈佛继续学业，接下来中断学习，志愿参军，
作为军官的履历无懈可击。最后又回来拿到了博士，以后进入著名的兰德公司，1964年
，被美国国防部看中，出任负责国际安全事务的助理国防部长约翰•麦克诺顿的

搞出一个不伦不类的obamacare，现在都不敢叫这个名字了。实质上也还是压榨中产阶
