位置可以是任何到哥大单程1小时以内的地方，所以最好是地铁沿线。Elmherst或者
Flushing这种华人多的就更好了。
然后希望环境是安全的，而且房子要可以做饭。

这些人购房目标至少是岛上的2000尺以上的大apt或者长岛great neck以东的豪宅区。
elmherst, forest hill, flushing, woodhaven之类华人常见的地方很少见大陆专门来
买房的， 基本都是瘪在纽约的华人土著。 |

very good for Spoken English and ICE,it had many SP encounters+very good
course materials.. I highly recommend it, it is a 2 day workshop with 24-32
SP encounters...the cost is very low compared to other reviews, I recommend
it. |
