我读了我查的东西的感觉是:
力量训练是让肌肉contract的conditioning,所以长期的力量训练会让肌肉变大(短期
的也会有一定的效果);
而拉伸训练是让肌肉elongate的conditioning,久而久之会让肌肉变长(当然短期的效
果也会有)。
力量训练以后,肌肉就好像一个体积一定圆柱体,如果底面积小了,高就会增加,如果
底面积大了,高就会减小。这么说吧,柔韧性好的肌肉之所以柔韧性好,ROM大,就是
因为肌肉随着身体的延展具有延展的能力,不管是瞬时的延展能力,还是长久的延展能
力,都需要肌肉具备这样的能力。如果不stretch,不给肌肉conditioning,肌肉永远不
会有这样的能力。
如果拉伸训练不能condition肌肉,为什么力量训练可以?
而且为什么我总是听到说做了力量要做stretch呢?不然肌肉会横着长?(当然如果有人想竖着长,就不用stretch了)

哈哈,恩第一个标题我也不喜欢,不过有一次我遇到一位50加的很胖的大妈,她穿一身白

动态延展性是30%,40m的绳长延展性对于top rope climber来说,就是
至少4m(近似估算,并且忽略其他保护装置带来的延伸), 这就意味着在你
爬到4m高之前,如果你坠落了,你还是会碰到地. 同理,在leadfall时,绳
子延伸的更多. 这是dynamic rope的优点,但是也是缺点,使用的时候
要充分考虑到这个因素.

正确理解这段话,简单的算术似乎并不够:
CLIMBER如果不借助BELAYER的拉力(BELAYER也相对能够及时收
紧绳子的情况下),此时绳子本身处于略有松弛的不受力状态,再加
上BELAYER不断收短绳子使dynamic elongation不断缩短的变
量,滑坠开始后绳子受力及对CLIMBER产生的反作用拉力的变量,
如果不考虑滑坠后在横向可能收到的钟摆式的撞击下,在0米和不到
12米的区间内,似乎应该有一个危险的最大值(SWEET SPOT),这
个值当然由CLIMBER的

i have used some static rope in some gym, it indeed has no much elongation
capacity at all when falls or such. i don't think i will get into leading
for a while, nonetheless, still need a rope just for top rope purpose. from
what i heard, static rope is cheapter, however, the dynamic rope seems still
many people's favorite. just wonder how people think here. Cabbage's FAQ is
really well written.

Normal stretching exercises don't really stretch the tendons and
ligaments all that much, unless you have really short muscles to begin
with. Stretching the tendons is fine but don't go overboard and put
too much stress on your ligaments, because it could hurt your joint
stability.
Stretching can elongate muscles and prevent injuries, and
longer muscles = bigger muscles = more power = better performance

New to this forum, found the articles interesting and informative.
I string my own racquets with 17 gauge ployester on main and multifilament
on cross. Polyester has very high modulus so tiny elongation translates into
large tension increase. I usually pull main at 49/50 lbs. After the cross
is installed, main tension raises to 59/60 lbs.
Anyone here string their own racquets? Welcome to share your experience on
stringing and customizing your racquets.

2005我回国是经香港从深圳飞的,让家人在家乡买的电子票,异地取票.家人先付
了钱出票,我在深圳机场用护照取票,办手续登机.很容易.
2006圣诞节回国,要经北京回家.想试试自己买.现在网上查了航班和价钱,主要
是携程网和E龙网.比较结果是携程网航班多,价钱也低.后来又订机票,我也常看这
两个网站做参考,都是这个结果,携程网要好一些.

到, 后来我又打电话去问,所有信息都是对的,说再发一次短信,还是没收到.不知

请搞清楚服务商收的手续费和信用卡机构收的手续费,他们是不同的,虽然都是3%。。。
ctrip收的跟visa收的不一样,所以对一般卡其实是3%+3%。如果免掉ftf,那么ctrip还
是要收他自己的3%手续费。
解决方法是直接去中国航空公司官方网站订票,东航南航我都买过,用外卡无手续费。
