for years, how do they
judge the data from their own labs. I don't think this would hurt her too
much since most PIs are in the same
"boat", if she is not overly hated, she should be fine.
by the way, I was not impressed by her science, her stuff maybe a little
inventive, but nothing deep. She seems
to do everything well, very eloquent, but nothing special in science at all.

It all depends on the journal and editor, you may still have a chance if the rebuttal letter is well written and sound eloquent from every aspect.

. Here there was no room at all for productive day-dreaming. Tian's talk was
extremely technical, very dry, and the transparencies were typed with small
font, that probably made it hard to follow even for the ten or whatever
experts in the audience.

scale brings down administrative overhead. This is called the "factory
model" in other industries. Yes this model has long been criticized -- by
advocates of private clinics.
People on this board in general are pretty eloquent and persuasive, even if
I don't necessarily agree with their opinion. Focusing on personal attack,
however, merely shows frustration and weakens your argument.

movement toward freedom and democracy by sending tanks and troops to Tiananmen
Square. No doubt the date will resonate with Xu Wenli, and not just because he
