and the entire fifth chapter is dedicated to autism. Some autistic people,
especially those with Aspergers, root for the concept of "neurological

甚大，前者要求加薪420元(11.7％)，後者則堅持100元(2.8%)以內才合理，當局傾向在
兩者中取一平衡點，預料最終加幅約為百多元。
凍薪兩年 現為3580元
繼2008年港府調升外籍家庭傭工最低工資100元(2.9％)至3580元後，過去兩年外傭均被
凍薪。據了解，政府考慮到檢討外傭工資的「一籃子」因素，包括全港大部分打工仔已
受惠於最低工資法例獲加薪，加上近年通脹加劇，以及本港勞工市場如失業率持續處於
低水平，有必要將外傭最低工資調高。
至於加薪幅度，據了解，雖然政府建議公務員加薪5至7％，與外籍家傭相關工種的工資
變動亦獲最低工資法例保障獲大幅調升，而最新消費物價指數亦達4.6％，但當局亦要
考慮本港家庭的負擔能力，肯定不會增加220元至3800元那樣高的水平(加幅6.1%)，相

另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

would reveal Odumba was a foreign student from Dumbland Africa.

from his freshman-year spying on a former roommate with a webcam. That

Obama's "kill list" tactic is assuredly doing nothing to win the war on
terror.
Between December 7, 1941, and September 2, 1945, a clarity of thought and
purpose pervaded America. We understood who our enemies were and undertook
as a nation to bring about their utter defeat. After September 1945, that
clarity was dulled in Korea and by the midpoint of the Vietnam War it had
disappeared altogether.
