如果平时的教育中，不仅仅只说中国的好处，也对小孩说中国的不足，让他明白中国起

提高英语才是正途
你当年做TA怎么做的，难道也要背台词
重要的是讲什么
我通常就前一天走路时候，把要讲的东西，脑子里串一下
看看逻辑对不对，再开写slides或者blackboard talk的outline notes
最多有什么特别的comment，会在notes有个记录，提醒自己别忘了说
当然这种，大多是八卦性质，比如提到某个工作的作者，稍微提下他还写过
什么貌似不相关但是又相关的东西
或者有些纯粹是讨好某个听众的
一定要对听众有所了解，我最糟糕的一次教训是
某老年大牛，他二十年前和另一个更大牛A写了个东西
他在下面提起来，我说对对A哪年写过一篇就说这个point，完全把他给忽略了
主要是我那次第一次见他，不认识脸，而且他是在山上某national lab，
没想到会跑山下的系里听，我plan visit的时候压根就没计划见他
结果他说那篇是他和A一起写的，有点embarassing
还因为reference得罪过另一大牛，他直接跟我说了，回头和我meeting又提了一次。。 |
