察pull over了。罚单上写的是“Failure to yield to emergency vehicle”罚金有$
1000+.
当时在下雨，我在左边路上开，突然看见后面有警灯闪烁，想到右边停下来，但是前面
是一个红绿灯，我就开过了红绿灯，然后靠右停了下来。警察的态度挺不好，问我为什
么不停下来，说已经跟了我们一段路了。估计在我注意到警灯的时候，已经跟了我一整
子吧。不过我开车没有超速也没有闯红灯，应该是我注意到警灯的时候比较迟，追了我
一整子，很恼火我为什么不停车。看了驾照以后就开了罚单。就我自己来说，在看到警
灯以后，半分钟才停车，中间包括过一个绿灯的红绿灯。但是可能他的确在我后面亮灯
了很久，可是天气不好，我没有注意到。我没有违反其他的交通规则，看起来就是没有
在他亮灯的时候停下来。
有没有遇到过类似情况的同学，要怎么处理比较好？ |

freeway 上出口 ramp 那堵了很多车， 导致freeway最右lane都堵着的。
当我发现该出去的时候，已经并不进去了， 我就停在了下图 X 位置， 想慢慢并进去
。 就被条子抓了，开了个 non emergency stop on freeway. 可能200多刀，值得
上庭去argue一下么。

行的话，紧急情况人家还可以赶快拉手闸保一条老命。那玩意儿是可以adjust的，
Firestone竟然没挣这个钱？人家没顺便告诉你一大堆得修的东西？找个平地儿，前后
左右啥也没有的地方，把手闸拉起来，开油门，挂到D档，别踩油门看车走不走，要是
车走那就说明你的手闸不行了。最后，那个词是 Brake！
，说emergency break cannot immediately stop，让我去修。我把车开去firestone，
结果人家检查说没问题，说这个刹在新泽西州 is not designed for stopping the
car，而是用来parking，说考官的要求doesn't make sense。我自己也试了几次，手刹
能明显地slow down，但是不是immediately stop。我回到原考场，跟考官说了
firestone staff 检查说没问题，但是他还是坚持要我换一台车来考。想问问大家意
见。

我当时就去（当时是上班时间）。看完后没有什么大问题，但是医生说他是急诊医生，
而且check out的单子上也有emergency字样，但是我并不想看急诊，如果先前知道是急
诊的话，我肯定不会去。我现在并不确定算不算急诊，如果是，请问账单来了能够
