收入完全在国内，在米国也没有工作签证或是是绿卡等可长期居留身份的人很难从两房
拿到贷款，因为身份，收入都无法verify。
可以咨询一些针对niche市场的银行，如汇丰HSBC，Emigrant之类的，rate不会很好。 |

(1) 界面很不好，远不如ING清楚。也不能看到本月积累但尚未存入帐号的利息。
(2) 开帐号过程麻烦。验证银行帐号后还要等收到帐号号码的信件才能访问网站。
而且登陆用户名和密码要求至少2个数字和字母。这很不方便。
(3) 小于$100(应该是这个数字)的Deposit可以立即available。大于$100的还不知道要
多少天。15好转的$150现在还没有available，18号转的$90已经available。
(4) account activity里面没有每笔deposit什么时候available的信息，
很不方便。
(5) customer service不怎么样。发了封e-mail很多天后才得到回答。
(6) 网页上关键信息不全，很难找。比如deposit多少天available就没有。
关联external account的mailing address也没有明确说明。
总的来说不能让人放心。这点利息差还不值得从ING全面换过来。 |

to NetBank from netbank's website, it always says there is
an error.
So, IMHO, the answer is no. One can only view the saving account
info in netbank, but cannot transfer fund to netbank using incoming

发帖数: 1211 | 25 大概是8，9年前，俺看到网上有个Emigrant Direct的银行，感觉利息不错，就开了个
账户。开户时只放了100块，准备过一阵子再转钱进去。后来由于种种原因，又不想转
了，但那100块也没去动它，反正钱也不多，就由它去了。
今天闲着没事，想把自己所有的银行账户清理一下，想起了这一茬，打电话过去问能不
能把钱取出来，把账户关了。客服代表一通查询，告诉我由于这个账户自开户后从未动
过，连网上都没登录过，已于几年前关闭，里头的钱已被转到加州的失物招领处(
unclaimed property or fund)，我得自己找他们认领。。。我无语。。。
去那个失物招领处的网上一查，输入我的名字和当时所在的城市，还真就看到了这笔钱
，还明白显示是这个银行报告给他们这笔“失物”的。也就是说银行能连我的名字带钱
一起报过去，说这是“失物”。。。我再次无语。。。
好吧，那就认领吧，看看要走什么程序。一看，要认领的话，得填表，出示一些文件证
明我是这笔钱的主人，寄过去后，处理时间要180天。。。我三次无语。。。
不过那利息的确不错，记录显示存进去的100块，转走的时候已经有116块了。

处理，并给出了最终时间，2018年6月30日，届时所有网络支付业务全部通过网联平台
处理。业内人士指出：“央行对网联已经下了死命令，必须快速完成接入，技术马上达
到要求。”
事实上，这是近期内网联第二次爆出重磅消息，引发市场关注。此前，多家上市公司发
布的公告显示，包括央行清算总中心、财付通、支付宝、银联商务等在内的45家机构于
7月28日签署了《网联清算有限公司设立协议书》，拟共同发起设立网联。
解释一下，“网联”的全称是“非银行支付机构网络支付清算平台”，指要为支付宝、
财付通这类非银行的第三方支付机构搭建一个共有的转接清算平台，并且要受央行监管
。这等于是“央妈”再给银联生了个叫“网联”的小弟弟，银联吃独食的时代结束了，

1.法医解剖结果：他杀。

to move so many times in your life, but I will be prepared for a Hilary
victory. Hilary victory will mean that the U.S. is on track to a descending
trajectory, but still there are at least 10-20 years before U.S. becomes
