emission.只管交钱注册就好了。
我马上应为工作的原因，需要去一个新的州，那里要求emission test, 所以我想问问
，我能不能把我的车一直注册在老的州，但是在新的州一直开。 这样的话，避免了
emission test之类的。

喜欢说人是文盲者自己最有可能是文盲
大多数人讲辐射并不一定是远场辐射（radiation）的意思，而是放射与泄漏（
emission）。50Hz下房子附近电线的radiation可以忽略。但是，人和房子都处于电线
的近场范围内，emission是一定会有的，这跟radiation没有关系。
当然你的结论没错，op测到的值不太可能是50Hz／60Hz电力系统导致的。原因1），近
场emission非常的微弱，对测试仪器要求很高。我不相信amazon上买的一百美元的探头
能探测到50Hz emission。2）假设仪器确实很牛逼能精确探测50Hz 电磁场，那么整个
房子大多数地方应该都能测到相同的背景噪声才合理。
Op需要确认的是自己手上的探头的适用频率范围，然后才能确定是什么东西导致的。一
般最常见的就是900MHz cellular，1800MHz cellular，2.4GHz Wifi，5.5GHz wifi 。
这些RF噪声在一个房间的窗口处肯定比其它地方要强。
电磁辐射对人体的影响目前没有定论，这个和转基因一样；没有证据证明在电磁辐射是

电线附近的电磁场微弱是因为双绞线把它们相互抵消了。如果是单根线的话，电磁场还

刚搬到费城不久.正在把车的牌照从其它州换到PA。 前几天去pepboys做车的state
inspection 和emission inspection时， emission inspection 过了. 但safety
inspection 没过。 pepboys给了emission的sticker但不给safety的sticker。 他们要
求维修。估计要花300多块。但俺总觉得那地方也许不是一个什么大问题,但他们说不修
,就不给safety 的sticker。
我的问题是：
1）有谁知道费城有什么inspection station 检查比较松吗？俺想先拿到safety sticker再说
。没sticker在街上跑, 怕遇到警察吃ticket。那问题等有时间时,再找个地方修(看能
不能找到一个便宜点的地方）。

发帖数: 490 | 18 刚刚从MVA回来。换成MD的LICENSE和拿了我两车的MD的PLATE，一共花了＄１１００（
不包括两车的INSPECTION的费用和涨的保险）。在MVA共花了２。５小时。
次序如下：
１）先做了两车的INSPECTION（每车各花了＄１１０左右,含换机油费。单独
INSPECTION只花了＄７０每一车）
２）换了汽车的INSURANCE（多花了近＄２００一年的保险，从VA搬来）。MTA网上说的
很清楚汽车保险要换。
３）去了GAITHERSBURG MVA。（不用预约）
４）先排DRIVER LICENSE INFO的队拿号（大约３０分钟），她们查你的材料是否合格
（有见前一个人被要求带最新的LEASE，被赶回去了）。
GAITHERSBURG MVA 分两个区，DRIVER LICENSE 和 VEHICLE LICENSE。
我为ID所带的材料如下：
A）SSN（原件）
B）有效ID（出生证／美护照／绿卡／EAD卡／中护照+有效STATUS／。。。）我只拿了
一个，也只有一个。

blue 和 green 的波段定义，但 DsRed 在一般蓝光绿光 490nm, 515nm 的地方都有不
是太弱的激发，是最大的 40% 和 70%，信号强的话完全可以引起足够观察到的信号。
然后你们那里的荧光显微镜 emission filter 可能用的是 long pass filter, 就是说
，只要 emission 比允许的 wavelength 更长就都能通过。通俗的说就是 DsRed 的红
光 emission 可以通过为了蓝光或者绿光设立的 emission filter (如果是 long pass
而不是 band pass 的话），从而被检测到。如果不是有多个 color 看 correlation
的话，问题不大。 |

，都是2年一检，密度低的只要求车辆交易的时候才检查一次。

the first to reject new K-12 science standards proposed by national
education groups mainly because of global warming components.
