刚才我妈告诉我，我家门口的两个南瓜是对面的邻居送的。我吃了一惊。我妈说“她对
我们这样还送南瓜”，我家老公说了：“送南瓜就送呗，可能是想道歉吧，我们接受了
”。 我感叹，唉，人生就是这么戏剧性呀。
这个邻居，当初来这里看房子的时候，就跑过来恶狠狠地说不能把车停在她家门口的路
边。很奇怪，不就是10分钟的事情吗？ 当时就觉得这邻居故意找茬。
我们搬进这个房子后，一天，一个朋友晚上在路边停了1分钟不到，人还在车里呢，她
就跑出来，说不能停车，朋友真生气，不就是1分钟的事情吗？

不错的自省呀。
其实这个也不一定是aggressive，有时可能是你今天早些时候因为别的事情憋了一口气，
没有用正常渠道发泄出来，于是在那个瞬间就忽然爆发了。这种爆发，就跟你跟老婆
的争吵动手一样，因为非常不理性，的确可能给你的生活带来负面的甚至是灾难性的
后果，不过既然知道了自己有这个问题，就有了去改变它的可能性了。多注意观察自己，
发现怒气在累积的时候，就尝试用良性方式释放它，并且学习在失控的瞬间尽快的自我
觉察到自己正在失控，光是这样的observation就能很大程度上帮你控制情绪，避免做
出不理性的行为了。
有兴趣的话，可以看看一些self help书籍，比如emotional intelligence这本书里讲
的emotional hijacking就是你早先描述的这种经历，在某一瞬间，一种强烈的emotion
直接hijack了你的大脑，让你在尚未完全清楚情况时，就根据这种emotion而不是理性思
考作出了行为，

）：
她的情况终于好转了，我心里舒了一口气，终于又可以在一起“一起”开心了。之前常
常是我一个人独自开心，她怎么样也都不开心的。
现在她的情况终于极大的改善了，她 告诉我好消息的时候，我开心极了。
可是呢，经过这一劫后，我觉得她好像怎么样都不开心了。我说，你们要庆祝一下，把
你这几个月忍受的委屈安抚一下。她说，我不习惯庆祝也。
然后呢，我觉得她仍然是小心谨慎，一点也不纵容自己开心。换言之，她的情绪状态仍
然没有回复到之前的状态。
我有点困惑，这是成年人的“淡定”？还是，失去了快乐的能力？
希望时间再久一点，可以抚平她所承受的一切不开心的伤痛。
我是应该一路庆祝开开心心的走过？还是步步为艰/小心谨慎/忧虑的走过？
忧虑到底好不好？
生于忧患，死于安乐。到底对不对？
乐极生悲，是不是这样子的呢？
每当我欢快的时候，我心里有个声音说：这是不成熟不负责的表现，为老不尊！

而且，我的empathy（备注一）的能量比较强（贬义），常常能自动的和对方保持在一
个能量场级别中/resonate with each other emotionally，于是对方陷入低迷的能量
场时，我也会Jump with her，自己的能量场也会陷入低迷，最后，把自己的情绪弄得
很糟，甚至陷进去拔不出来了。（认识问题是解决问题的重要前提，好在我已经认识到
了这一点，所以呢，就会有解决的希望）
因为我的empathy的能量强，所以，我会常常有意识的接触一些很“阳光”的人。这样
我的能量场也跟他们一样阳光了。
我不知道怎样提高安慰人的能力。还是我太“我慢我执”，自己是小蝼蚁一只，自顾不
暇，还以为自己真的是可以改变/帮助到别人，可以给别人带来正能量/快乐啥的。
Jesus能帮助苦难中的人，是因为他是神。观音能帮助苦难中的人，是因为她有千手千
臂。我呢，我啥也不失，啥也没有，自己还有N多纠结。
可是，我仍然希望可以提高安慰人的能力。这不是什么错或者邪恶的想法吧？我就是喜
欢。不是为了什么。
