Both of my prents are retired. For item 21 I put "retired" and left item 20
as blanck since it asks the name and address of "present" employer (as
indicated in both enlgish and chinese when filling the forms)
I just read a few posts and found several of you guys put the name/address
of the emploer before they were retired. I understand you guys passed with
it and it may not be critical in visa interviews anyway. But I wonder if

发帖数: 2262 | 12 提供RETIREMENT的ＥＭＰＯＹＥＲ，你入职时需要仔细看employment MANUAL。有的公
司是不需要COPAY的，但是大部分EMPLOYER是COPAY。 意思你买，公司才CONTRIBUTE。
有些规定最多ＣＯＰＡＹ到3%，有的10%，有的15%，都不一样。对于有COPAY 退休计划
的，那还需要想吗？ 当然要买到公司最多可以COPAY的那个比例。没有钱用借我要借了
买退休计划，先把COPAY的这个钱先忽悠到自己的退休计划再说。这个是福利部分。福
利是COMPANYWIDE的，必须一视同仁，不能FAVORITE某个GROUP的，所以必须拼了命拿到
最高额度的EMPLOER CONTRIBUTE 的RETIREMENT。
我们家向来要现金用，但是也还有些钱在退休计划，就是因为这个COPAY 政策，还有呵
呵，不要COPAY，EMPLOYER也CONTRIBUTE的那部分。我家老公工作的学校，基本至少
contribute 10%, 还有CONTRIBUTE到15.5%的，所以才有点钱在里面。他在FLORDA的大

白纸打印吧，需要oder那种专门的表格。。
