self-image不附和。
我们又很不喜欢读自己，虽然佛法强调的就是这个。
但是我们很倾向去读别人，并且以自己的经验做判断。

问题更大的是，有些人读自己的心，拼命的美化，读得还是错的。
读人家，读自己都是瞎读。
而且俺个人认为，过去的事情，let it go。live in now. 但是这个true story,一方
面要说live in now, 一方面又问一大堆问题让这个去反省，让那个去反省，自己又忽
然跑出来要clarify什么process. 导致大家误入歧途。
Move on. It is over. Practise, practise practise. 呼吸观alone can lead to
wakening. 没听过研究他人的想法，导致自己解脱的。。。。。。。。。Do not 浪费

Buddhists can do. Everyone is capable of it.
You probably understand my words on face value for about 80%, but you
understand my meaning for about 50%.

talking about a different thing. I mean exactly this. Think about it.

I am for radical honesty and non-violent communications, and speaking our

我当时是为了让她释怀，不要担心别人读她的心。no worry。
呵呵，不过这在修行人看来，不让人读你的心，是没法修的，也根本不是修。
人要找个师父，他(她)连你肚里转什么心眼都看不清、看不见，还怎么当师父啊。
光天化日的，地球上人的心，在佛看来，根本就是透明，怎么可能捂得住。
所有的笨事蠢事，可以说都是掩耳盗铃。怎么可能没人知道。
无非是在佛的眼皮底下，自己捂着耳朵叮铃当啷跑来跑去，还以为别人看不见。
只是世界上这类事太多了，人家有必要一看再看么？
我同意。
我这些年一直在习惯这个，现在已经好很多了。
我已经完全习惯有些高人对我的心思看得一清二楚，不管好的不好的。
只是还不太习惯普通人这样，当然也没完全必要（这个事情的各方面还要再检视）。
现在体会，要keep radical honesty, 唯一的办法确实是love,
最少也是不害心。否则没法Open啊。

这是两个层面的事情啊，这点我看得比较清。
一个层面是perfect层面，从来不增不减不垢不净，
另一层面是个人的特质，高低胖瘦，和个人习惯。
习惯是需要培养的，这一点，其实我看得越来越清楚了。
实际上这和我的打坐经历有关，
其实当时能将这两个层面的东西彻底分开。
只是需要很多年理解去理解和适应这两个层面之间的关系和作用。 |

Illusion is what I heard earlier but I couldn't understand. To put it this
way, I understand that all my perceptions are based on the biological
transmissions of the signals and my mind's making up the meanings, and there
's my own projection involved. Also, if we can go down to the molecular
level, the scenes we see and also the rule to apply, such as Quantum

佛陀成就之后过的就是这样的生活； 大家知道西藏的出家人有吃肉的，可藏传佛教是
