5到帐，十月初开通网上账号，同时enable online estatement。之后把该做的事情都
做了，10月底就开始盼望1号能看到200多的利息~~~ （我有两个账号）
3号收到charter的email说我不qualify，原因呢：没有enable online estatement。但
是，我明明查过，那个enable选项已经打了钩，然后再仔细一看，后面写了个pending
confirmation。原本我也注意到了这个，但是以为pending是因为charter bank的
system，没以为是自己没有click through confirmation email，所以pending。但是
抱有一丝侥幸，我打了客服电话，没想到他们态度很不好，而且非常坚决地说不可能帮
我。
后来，特别是电话后，我越想越觉得他们是有意的，有几点吧~

有线网卡在windows下disable了，又正好过了两星期，死活不能log in，就找了网络安
全的人，他们试了半天才想起来用另一个power user帐号登录，总算把网络enable了，
然后那个家伙就看到我的无线网卡是enable的，说公司里出于安全考虑是不让enable
wireless的，你怎么做的。。。。我觉得很奇怪，就说这个笔记本本来就是我在家里才
用的，直接enable就行了啊。。。然后那个家伙就说要把我的笔记本拿过去disable掉
无线。
祸不单行的是，我刚log in打开一个ie窗口，office scan就显示我的temp文件里面有
病毒，他们就拿去杀毒去了，想起来我机器上还装了远程软件，这下要被发现了，还不

什么用处。不过我当时网络的上行速度只有几百k，现在下行30Mbps，上行3.7Mbps，可
能还可以忍受。
关于那个win 7 网络，据说是加了一些高级功能，真正害人啊。我原来用一个非常老的
机器，windows XP, USB2，windows share的速度一般是20 - 30MBps。升级了后，赫然
100-200KBps，task manager->network utilization 只有0.2%，怎么查也没发现有什
么问题。google 了一下 windows 7 network share slowness，发现是一个老问题，谁
也不知具体是什么回事。各种解决方案有十几种，没一个好用。最后从一个地方发现有
人说要用static IP address，改了之后立马network utilization 高于80%，速度到了
100 - 120MBps。之前根据他人推荐还设置了(cmd.exe下)

Router2的LAN口连接一台电脑的网卡
现在按照以下的设置来配置路由器，结果有线连接Router2的电脑可以正常上网，移动
设备可以搜索到Router2的SSID,也可以验证无线网密码，但是到了Obtain IP address
那一步就失败了，这些设备都可以正常的利用Router1的无线网络上网
具体配置是

嵌入汇编就有至少2处影响结果的错误。要不你先改好了先测一下吧。

你看了以下。
我从 UBoot 上面去掉了 serial cosole。这个是 dmesg。
时钟初始化是在 12 妙开始, 并不是 Linux 真正启动了 12 妙。
所以走到 systemd 启动也才 3.5 秒钟。注意其中有 USB 硬盘
访问，因为那个 rootfs 是在 USB 上面。仔细看 demsg，去掉
USB 硬盘访问，去掉 SATA 寻找硬盘，去掉 Ethernet 寻找
Link 的时间，剩下初始化应该就在 2 秒钟以内了。这个 3.5
秒钟很多时间是在和 USB storage 的东西相关。你只要
rootfs 不在 USB flash 上面，这些都可以启动的时候不做。
所以 2 秒钟启动应该是可以的，不需要特别多定制。
基本上改改 kernel config 或者启动参数就可以了。

澎湃新闻报道 2月11日，千人计划网公示了第十一批“千人计划”青年人才名单，从去年8月申报工作开始至今，经过三层筛选，最终这份名单中的667人通过了评审。
在这批引进的“海归”青年才俊中，共有41名“85后”，而其中最年轻的陆盈盈则更是出生于1988年11月30日，堪称“学霸”。
中央2008年12月决定实施引进海外高层次人才的“千人计划”，该计划围绕国家发展战略目标，用5到10年时间，在国家重点创新项目、重点学科和重点实验室、中央企业和金融机构、以高新技术产业开发区为主的各类园区等，有重点的引进并支持一批海外高层次人才回国（来华）创新创业。
千人计划网称，截至2014年5月底，“千人计划”已分十批引进4180余名海外高层次人才。
5年前，陆盈盈才本科毕业。5年后，年仅27岁的她已是教授、博士生导师、“青年千人计划”入选者，并将回到母校浙大全职任教。
