想象不出具体样子，你最好把门和周围的墙拍一下，上一个照片来要好办一些。不好确
定是装cellular shades好，还是那种有轨的一片一片的vertical blinds好。 |

因为阀门漏水弄坏了地板/天花板。保险公司结束估值后会发给支票。
比如说，估值损失4500，去掉折旧贬值500，去掉deductible 1000，还有3000刀会发支
票，
那么是需要
1，修理完毕后再次报销，多退少补呢，还是，
2，不需要报销（除非还存在没有预料到的损失需要计入），自己爱咋修咋修？
如果需要再次报销，那肯定找贵的，比如修个7000块。如果不需要再次报销核算，那就
找便宜的，比如修个3000块，自己的deductible都不用花了。
另外，有两段话，理解得不是很透彻，
1.“Your policy includes a time limit of 365 days to complete repairs or to
replace the item and submit receipts for recovery of the depreciation" 是指
及时修好并递交发票的话，连折旧部分500块也会退还给我?

building,eletric已经折腾了号几次。最后一项mechanic，furnace和water heater修
了一个enclosed room, inspector说是“must install the required outside air.
Pipe must be exposed for inspection"。师傅一头雾水，不明白怎么做。因为门本身
是louver door，就是类似于百叶窗的那种，而且额外也留了两个出风口的（16x16）。
给township打电话，直接转给inspector留言，根本不回。也不能让师傅瞎做，真是晕
倒呀。不知道版上有没有谁家有过类似的装修，怎么做的？不胜感激！ |

because it is not air tight. all radon mitigation system work by creating a
vacuum under the basement. without air-tightness, you can't treat it. |

air conditioning is not the solution for storing something (this small) all
year round. we can't even keep the room temperature the same for a day (that
's why you need a programmable thermostat), not mention there are winters
and other seasons where AC is not used at all. |
