一个是 long term memory 的高级活动的训练。因为 fiction 比较侧重
sensory information,而 non-fiction 更侧重于 encoding。encoding
对 long term memory 很重要。
另一个是 non-fiction 泛读建立知识树,其实某种意义上,知识树就是
encoding topological graph。比如没有知识树的时候,absorb 一个新东西,
可能要罗列一大堆特征,不小心就忘记了。有知识树的时候,absorb 一个
新东西,可能就 encoding 成 “属于A但不属于B” 。。。这么短的,想
不记住也难。。。所以精度的 art 在于 details,泛读的 art 在于
comprehensive 以及 high view point。
第三个是 non-fiction 需要 prune information,还存在不同
source 的 information 之间的联系。所以需要 judge information

The shape of open-end polygon 就是一个 spatial encoding of temporal info (
phonological order of the vertex)。所以有争议的说,这个有可能是用 visual-
spatial sketchpad 的 shape memory,通过 encoding temporal info,至少是
partially
assist phonological order。
而这个容易被主观 suppress,是因为这个 polygon encoding 更 complex,not that
easy to learn。
所以,上面的 digital span,也很难知道到底是 implicitly articulate loop 呢?
还是大脑自我训练出了更新版的 encoding temporal,可以利用 visual-spatial
sketchpad 来 assist articulate loop,或者干脆是两者兼而有之。

t******l 发帖数: 10908 | 3 我重新又测了一次,不用 numerical encoding,我可以稳定做到 6 个。做 7 个有一
半以上错误率。
超过五个的策略,是先记住前面 4 个或 5 个,不断在心里刷新(rolling D-RAM
refresh)。同时用眼睛的余光看最后两个。然后先把最后两个 instinctively 点上,
然后 refresh 一下 DRAM,consciously reverse order 点前面 4 个或 5 个。
这样做 7 个还挺玄的。所以最终还是 numerical encoding 大幅度胜出。用
numerical encoding 做 8 个几乎轻松不带错。但需要 encoding,建立 schema,不能
出新 pattern 以后立马开始,要给大概一分钟(具体时间不确定)观察格子 pattern
和建立 schema (visual cue)。

如果你的文本文件是UTF-8 encoded without BOM (byte order mark)的话,用phone来
看就不行了。
如果你的文件是UTF-8 encoded with BOM, 没有问题。
也许我多怪gmail了,可能是mobile phone本身对文字encoding支持的不好,对比下,
在windows上就可以看UTF-8 encoded without BOM的文件。 |

If no, you do not have Chinese fonts -- have adm install it.
If yes, when you login, select language as "Chinese Simplified", whether you
change the encoding or not, it does not matter, you should be able to write
Chinese under xterm, and read Chinese with UNICODE encoding. To read
Chinese in GB encoding, do these:
1. export LANG=zh_CN
2. change encoding to "GB2312"

I am trying to process an xml-tagged chinese document using Python's minidom.
But my code gets stuck when it hits the first Chinese character in the
xml-tagged document. Python complains that the Chinese character is an invalid
token, and thus not well-formed.
I tried using encoding="UTF-8" and encoding="UTF-16" and encoding="GB2312" and
encoding="GBK" in the xml-tagged chinese document. None of them helped.
Would you please give a hint? Thanks. |

楼上有人说pull down sequence-bound protein然后上mass spec可以打出上千个蛋白
。表示有点惊讶。
我觉得第一步你可以去参考ENCODE project里的数据(ucsc browser里就有),一般
promoter区域都有NNN多的transcription factor binding,所以我估计你通过ENCODE
就可以找到很多有效信息。结合你研究的生物学pathway估计你也应该知道重要的TF,如
果能在ENCODE数据里看到那就非常promising。但注意,所有的epigenome的调控都是非
常tissue-specific的。ENCODE提供了大概9种cell line,很多时候具体到你的生物学/
医学问题,这9种cell line是完全不能说明问题的(尤其对于神经组织)
但anyway你是promoter区域,希望大大的有,比其他的noncoding区域容易做的多了。
in silico的我个人觉得特别不靠谱。。。有很多类似的预测网站。。不靠谱。

,只是还没有issue(时间问题)。我在后面列出来了其中一个通过了的claim,同时把
张锋issue了的专利里面的一个claim也列了出来。大家看能避开不?张锋后来的Cpf1看
着能避开UCB的Cas9。
有意思的是发现最早的一篇CRISPR相关专利申请其实是Luciano A. Marraffini(张锋
合作者)在Northwestern University时申请的,priority date Sep 23, 2008,早了
好几年。看看claim,只有interference,还没进化到切割,可惜一个claim也没批,居
然华丽丽的被一堆112给毙了,也就是审查员觉得那专利写的不清不楚,业内普通人士
看着不可能做出claim的结果,连101,102,103都没用上就挂了。西北也是早早的
abandon了,当年连PCT都没申请,可见并不重视。张锋专利里也没有Marraffini,虽然
science文章有他,我猜可能也是他只做真核interference方面的工作吧,张跟他合作
