夫接待这位朋友，没有看病例就问这位朋友，你是不是“40岁了，右眼被打伤的”，诱
导式地问了这位朋友许多问题，都是与“这位朋友提交给李旭辉的材料有关”，而且是
站在犯罪嫌疑人立场说话，有意减轻犯罪嫌疑人的罪责，对这位朋友眼睛的伤害被轻描
淡写，不拿治疗方案。在河北省二院，平安医院等医院这位朋友也遇到同样待遇。这位

金钟罩铁布衫

■经典剧情：武侠小说里有不少练成金钟罩铁布衫的高手。他们有两个特点：刀枪不入；有一个弱点所在——命门。《射雕英雄传》里的陈玄风虽有此功，但因被郭靖戳中命门(肚脐)，立时毙命。

日大概浏览了一下外国人在中国的论坛，里面关于约会relationship的版块基本都成了
外国男人们炫耀自己“战绩”排行榜，大家纷纷都在晒自己最近的“艳遇”，大概看了
一下，一个外国男人从18岁到81岁，不论身材如何，相貌如何，在中国待一两年，上几
十个中国女人基本是平均数，如果有心的话，睡一两百中国女都是很容易的事情，（这
里指的不是鸡），很多都是学生，白领，有素质有相貌的中国女人。而且一分钱不用付
，很多中国女人倒贴钱让老外上，并且带出去向别人炫耀，很长“面子“。

曾几何时我们高傲矜持的女同胞，放下了她们的骄傲和矜持，只要看见个外国人就像苍
蝇见了屎一样，扑上去跪舔，脱裤子张开腿任对方蹂躏。而老外们在免费的**面前，当
然自信心爆棚。夜夜做新郎。哪怕自身条件再烂，他们也可以毫无自惭形秽的上去勾搭
，而且成功的几率貌似不低。
作为一个有血性的中国人，看到这些我如坐针毡。以前看到的时候，除了愤怒，还是愤
怒，我不知道我能做些什么来改善这种状况。我曾经一度安慰自己，这些只是少数人的
行为，他们不能代表整个中国女人。
但是最近当我在大街上亲眼见到老外搭讪国女时，我从那个家伙的眼里看到了那种轻佻

坦赞铁路是迄今为止中国在非洲最大的一项援外项目，它横跨东非坦桑尼亚与中非赞比
亚两国，正线全长1860余公里。［1］148为援建这条海外铁路，中国政府不但向坦、赞
两国提供高达10亿元人民币的长期无息贷款，还先后选派５万余人次的援外人员赴两国
参与筑路工作。1967年9月，中、坦、赞三国共同签订的《修建坦桑尼亚-赞比亚铁路的
协定》拉开了中国援建坦赞铁路的序幕，该协定也是赞比亚最终愿意接受中国政府援建

万维读者刘伯松来稿：美苏冷战时期，除了军事对抗，还有一个文化对峙，前者在亚非
拉都有代理热战，后者也一样。不过冷战结束后，美俄军事不再紧张，代理战争也随之
而消失；但文化冷战，不但没有停止，反而越来越繁多，越来越精明。
记得60年代在香港读书时，有个印刷精美、稿费蛮高的《今日世界》月刊，还有不少书
刊，包括张爱玲的《赤地》、赵滋藩的《半下流社会》等都是在当地美国新闻处资助出
版的。还有一个亚洲基金会也在文教界十分活跃。
同时，欧洲早在1950年，CIA（美国中央情报局）成立了一个文化自由协会（Congress
