endnote主要在Word中给paper加参考文献.安装好endnote之后,在word中应该就有endnote
的工具符号.现在可以用的版本为endnote6, pc 和 mac 都有相应的版本.
首先在endnote中建立一个你要用的参考文献的文件,并且打开备用.
选中你所要用的文献.
然后在word中将光标放在想要插入参考文献的地方,tools->endnote6->Insert selected
citations
当完成参考文献后,需要format参考文献,这时候有很多journal的格式供选择.

当然,endnote本身自带help文件.而且,www.endnote.com有写文献可以参考.

引用的文献，可是用endnote web一直不可以．是在哪里可以设置一下吗？还是endnote

动改，具体方法看下面:
Unformatting Citations (Microsoft Word)
Unformatting reverts formatted citations to temporary citations, removes the
bibliography, and turns off instant formatting.
If your citations are formatted in a numbered style, you can unformat your
paper to easily identify citations as you work. You can Format Bibliography
again later.

几个从web到endnote。
后来关掉endnote，也不告知要存盘，结果从web到endnote的文章就没了。
然后word里的文章，好几篇被改动了（张冠李戴了）。
用惯了latex+natbib，用这个很痛苦呀。

是Customize以后还是在word 2008
里面看不到关于Endnote的submenu. 别的软件往word里install plugin很容易就看见了

我把RIS文件导入EndNote X3的时候，Journal一项就变成了空的
但是RIS文件里是有以“JA”为tag的Journal一项的
我用的EndNote X3自带的RefMan filter
EndNote也是最新的
网上搜了半天解决方法了
试过都不管用啊 |

Output Format --> Choose the right References Options (for example, mark
those right references).
2. Import the library Database of the Reference Manager into EndNote.
3. Reinsert or Update (if there is Update in EndNote) those references from
Reference Manager.
4. Re-generate your bibliography.
Hopefully it helps. I love Reference Manager, but not EndNote.I'm not good
at EndNote.

1）先编辑style；(style是endnote存储引用格式的文件)
Edit->output styles->Edit "xxx" (xxx是某个杂志style的名字，比如nature)
然后在出来的窗口中左边选择bibliography下面的templates,在右边窗口选择"journal
article",在最后面一个回车键（这样你的标注会在相应article引用下面一行）。然后
点击窗口右上角的"Insert field"，里面可以选择notes或者research note。插入后可
以修改标注的字体或者加粗。保存退出。
2）回到你的endnote的library，选择你想加标注的文章，双击之后找到Notes或者
Research note那一项，输入任意你想单独描述的内容，保持退出。
3）在word文档里插入你加了标注的文献，然后在"Endnote X?"的tab下的style下拉框
选择你做了编辑的style，然后点击update citations and bibliography。

其中一个用reference manager管理文献，另外一个用endnote管理
我现在的电脑上只有endnote管理文献
copy&paste之后当然连域代码也拷贝过来了
我想如何利用这个域代码在新的文档最后显示出我所引用的文献
而且格式跟用endnote管理的文献的引用格式一样
简单用word中的unformate->formate好像对于reference manager来源的文献不管用

If you don't like the new Harvard showing authors and editors in capital
letters it is very easy to change.
Go to Edit, Output Styles and then either Edit "Harvard" if that appears or
Open Style Manager and select Harvard from the list and click on the Edit

library的对话框下了，可是mac不跳
出此保存对话框，而是自动下载一个cgi文件，只有2k大小，我还打不开，后面点
export也不work。谁能教教我怎么用

联到endnote上
快捷的方法就是左键点住该文件，拉动，拉到endnote图标上。
就像在mac上删除文件一样（将文件拉到回收站） |

用Refworks好还是Endnote好。正在用Endnote单机版，还不错，但是不知道网络共享怎
样。基本的要求是所有学生能自由看到文献并加入文献，写paper时能方便插入文献。

跟endnote差不多啦。我觉着比较好的就是现在有500M空间，可以上传pdf。下载下来的
文章可以通过pdf自动搜索文章的信息。或者通过DOI自动下载文章的信息。比较省事。
可能endnote也能做啦，反正我没找到。
不太好的，比如现在journal name是full name,没有简写。不过问题不大。

我曾经很想用latex，但是找了些教程看了以后发现那东西只能输出pdf文件。你知道我
们做生物的经常要把文件传来传去，让别人批阅修改，pdf文件显然很不方便。如果
latex能输出word文件就好了。
在linux下如何管理海量文献也是我不懂的地方，现在我依赖的是endnote，学校有大客
户版本，我们免费试用。
现在我对windows依赖的就是office和endnote，不然我就投奔linux阵营了。 |
