对每一个exhibition漂亮的cover, 并在我自己写的PL签上中心主管人员的名字.
有一点是, 中心主管人员强调Department chair写信推荐(主要列举研究发了多少paper
， 教什么课，开发了什么新科，带学生等事实）, 然后 the dean of the School要写
一封简单的endorsement letter. 然后, 学校主管杂务的副校长也要附上一封
endorsement letter.
